    Didn't realise that backmarket are a middleman. How do they insure the shops that sends phone are doing all their advertised checks? . My phone was an Asian one so had some language issues on some places. Plus battery didn't seem right.. getting hot with very little use and running down quickly. Backwater sorted refund very quickly, so no problems with returns .
