I was a bit sceptical tbh at first but I can definitely say that I was completely wrong! My refurbished phone looks great; it works fine and it was affordable so I can’t recommend back market enough!!

My new (refurbished) phone arrived ahead of schedule, it looks like brand new and I am absolutely delighted with it and the service provided by Back Market and will not hesitate to purchase from them in the future.

I don't normally do reviews but hope this helps others who may be undecided. I was sceptical about using this site as I normally buy new. My old iPhone accidentally went through the washing machine and had to be replaced. As I do not make much use of all the tech available on phones these days I was reluctant to pay pay full whack so decided to give refurbished a try. I could not be happier with the service provided and the phone came without a mark on it. Delivery was as stated and it was well packaged. Got it set up no problem and has been in daily use since without any issues. I would recommend BackMarket to family and friends.

Very hesitant about buying a reconditioned phone from a company I had not heard of before but honestly I could not fault the ‘premium’ phone, not a mark on it and works perfectly. Within two hours of purchase I was advised that the phone was being dispatched and would be delivered the following day. Really happy with the phone and I cannot speak highly enough of their customer service. I will use this company in the future.

I’m very pleased with the phone. It has taken a while to find my way around the iPhone as I’ve never had one before. The ordering was easy, the phone’s condition was as stated, delivery was quick and well packaged. Trading in an old phone was also very easy to do. Very nervous about ordering a refurbished iPhone but after making the decision I am delighted! Beautiful phone. Looks like new. Not a mark anywhere. Still finding my way around it after changing from Samsung which I had for years. But glad I changed as family all have iPhones and it helps that they and we (being old folk) can keep track of each other when out and about. Well done back market and thank you.
