    Fantastic service, the handset looks brand new and has 100% battery life - amazing. It also came fitted with a screen cover and with a robust case. I was over the moon with the service, but unfortunately the handset is just too small for me so I’m returning it and ordering a larger handset - from here of course!

    This was a replacement for a well loved iPhone 8. It was bought as "Good" but could easily have been listed as "Excellent" and the transfer of apps from my old phone was simple enough for my "non-tech" pensioner brain. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my tech - great prices and I can buy pretty much any iPhone ever made - I don't need something with a gazillion apps I'll never use...

    From start to finish the ordering process was straight forward. My new iPhone arrived quicker than expected. For a fair condition phone, there are only a couple marks on the back, the screen is perfect. As the phone is kept in a clear bumper case, you can barely see them. Put a screen protector on & away I go. Also, the battery capacity is at 95%, pretty awesome I'd say. I highly recommend Back Market to anyone looking for a new phone. Am very happy with my iPhone 12 Pro :))
