    I bought an iPhone 13 128GB Starlight ‘Fair’ condition phone for my daughter, and she is delighted with it. It has barely any scratches - only a small little one on the top left corner that is barely visible - and works as well as a new iPhone would. We had no trouble with it apart from when we first unboxed it and put it on to charge it took a very long time to fill up, but it charges absolutely fine now that she is using it more. I was so happy with my purchase that I ordered the exact same one for myself, as my old Honor 9 Lite was reaching the end of its life. There was no problem transferring and I and my daughter are both very happy with the purchases. We will definitely buy from here again, thank you BackMarket📱!

    My new iPhone 15 Pro Max is a lovely upgrade from my iPhone 13 Pro Max. So far so good. I am holding on to my old phone for a week just to make sure the new one is working well before I send it for trade in. It was sent really quickly, no problems with delivery and for a phone in ‘good’ condition it was spotless. I would say to anyone doing this to make sure that both your iPhones are updated and on the latest iOS before you get them talking to each other to transfer data as it can cause problems if you don’t, but we got there in the end! The pro max is such a lovely phone, great size for every day use. The phone I was sent was spotless, no marks on the case or screen and battery life was at 100%, it really surpassed my expectations for a phone classed as ‘good’. It arrived really well packed with a complimentary phone case which was a considerate addition so thanks for that. As usual my experience with Back Market has been excellent and I will upgrade again with them, I am a happy repeat customer.
