    I got the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra, with 1000gb. Standard battery 10/10. Condition Excellent. The phone itself overall it is fantastic. No scratches, no faults. Been using it for a couple of weeks now. I accidentally put the wrong delivery address, but managed to sort it out. Arrived on time as i was going on holiday. Backmarket was super reassuring.

    The phone was exactly as described and so for hadn’t had any flaws and works perfectly. I bought fair quality and I can maybe see one micro scratch and that’s it. Not even noticeable with my screen protector on it looks like a brand new phone. Battery life is as good as my old phone if not better. I’ve bought from back market before on a friends recommendation and never had an issue with quality

    Working as a plumber I can't justify purchasing a brand new phone due to the treatment it receives on site. Buying an iPhone a few years old, refurbished is the perfect solution financially and practically. I am very pleased with the phone, the delivery time and the quality. My only niggle is the short and poor quality charging cable, I expected an Apple USB-C cable but instead receive a generic cable just shy of 30cm. I had to buy a different cable to make an effect connection in the van for Apply Car Play to work.

    Fast delivery highly rated that, genuine phone no aftermarket parts. Fresh phone for excellent condition although if you look closely it has slight marks of wear and tear very minimal but i noticed. Only thing i would say is for the price i paid, £580 i would have liked for a higher battery health mine came on 86% but can’t complain. I recommend Back Market to everyone and highly rate my whole experience with them!!!

    I gave 4 because it s more that “not great” but charger received is not the original - just a black standard cable and plug that charge fairly slow. Also the cable is usb to usbc not usbc to usbc as expected for a iPhone 15 pro. I left the original battery but drain really quickly
