    I am very pleased with this MacBook Pro M3! I purchased it from BackMarket, and honestly, it arrived in a condition that felt near enough to brand new. I was really impressed to find the battery had only 26 charge cycles, which is incredible for a refurbished device. It looks and functions perfectly! Definitely a 5-star experience.

    I am very pleased with the Mac mini itself and feel it represents excellent value for money. The only challenge was the initial setup. The machine arrived with a previously installed system, but without the password, which meant I had to erase the drive and reinstall macOS from scratch before I could use it. As someone reasonably comfortable with technology, I eventually worked through the process, but it took a fair amount of research and trial and error. I wonder whether it would be helpful for Back Market to include a short setup guide for situations like this, covering a few simple steps such as: What to do if a login password is unknown. How to start in Recovery Mode. How to erase the drive and reinstall macOS. The importance of having a wired USB keyboard available, as Bluetooth devices may not work during initial setup. This is intended as constructive feedback rather than criticism. Once I got through the setup process, the Mac mini worked perfectly and I am very happy with my purchase.

    I was wanting to replace windows 10 laptop as device wasn’t upgradable so I decided to look into MacBook Air M1 because I’m already on iPhone and iPad. Although the operating system is quite different I’m really liking this machine,it’s solid and well built and fits well now with my iPhone. Happy with price and the excellent service from Backmarket.

    Absolutely incredible. I was really skeptical with this purchase because I had never bought 2nd hand/ refurbished before but I am genuinely so shocked at how good quality this device it is in. "Fair condition" is doing this such a disservice because it's basically brand new, it has a few scratches on the body but nothing noticeable unless you're actually looking for it. I genuinely can't recommend Back Market enough. I don't see why I would buy tech from another place ever again! 10/10 no notes.

    Ordered as a work laptop as I freelance and so far going really well. Its easier to carry around than my heavier main laptop. Ordered good condition and not found a single scratch yet. The battery health is not the greatest at 85% capacity but it still lasts a good while. Better than my main laptop with a battery life of about 20 minutes. Delivery two days early and kept up to date throughout the whole process. Very happy.

    Absolutely wonderful! Looks great, works great service was great, price was great! Does everything I need (now). Had managed to use an iPad for the last 6 years but demands see me needing some more umph as I need to use Office 365 and the iPad just doesn’t cut it.     The screen definitely had no scuffs, however there was slightly more visual damage on the back then I was anticipating, nothing major just slight white marks. On top of this, the laptop did come setup, but I simply factory reset the device, aside from that there are no major qualms. The battery on this laptop did come replaced despite me not paying for it and everything else is as advertised.
