    I was a bit sceptical about ordering a refurbished phone but I’m so glad I took the leap. Phone was in excellent condition (no scratches, marks etc) and the battery had 82% health which was expected. The phone arrived within two days! Really happy with my purchase.

    I can’t complain about the fast delivery, It came the day after I ordered it which was a bonus. The condition of the iPad was brilliant, the only downside was in the description of “premium” it stated it would come with original apple equipment like charger etc. but the charging plug and cable which came with it wasn’t the original 20w lightning to USB-C that should’ve come with it, but a standard 3rd party plug. So I was a bit disappointed with that

    Ordered “good” condition and it only had one tiny chip at either side of iPad, in a protective case you can’t see them, no surface scratches elsewhere, despite saying the screen is immaculate, mine had a cm long hairline scratch, it’s barely noticeable and the iPad is for my autistic son who is most likely to cause damage further so I’m not too fussy about it. I think this is the third time ordering from back market and I’ve been happy with the level of service and quality every time. Fast delivery. Everything works great. The fact you can pay in 3 instalments is also a bonus. I don’t trust elsewhere to be honest, I know what standard to expect with them. Always competitive pricing but the highest quality IMO. The packaging was safe and delivered without issues. Would’ve have liked an iPad box if it were a gift for someone but my son doesn’t care about that, just incase anyone is expecting it to be in the original box, it isn’t always.
