    I was a little concerned buying another reconditioned phone having had a less than smooth experience returning a faulty one to an Amazon Marketplace seller. No worries here. I thought the packaging was a little unusual but it did the job. The phone arrived quicker than expected and in perfect condition. Having checked it out fairly thoroughly I am satisfied that it works perfectly too. All in all I am a very happy customer.

    Another great deal from the guys at BackMarket and the teams of refurbishers around the UK; the first were two Apple iPhone SEs that were in excellent condition and work perfectly, and now this impressive Apple MacBook Pro - also excellent condition and not a mark on it. It replaces our 2009 MacBook which still works incredibly well but is slower than a slow thing. The M2 chip on this new one is amazing! Watch came in generic Back Market box with new Apple charger (no power adapter) on Apple backing card & new, sealed strap (not sure if Apple or After Market).
