Arrived 3 days before the due date! I paid for faster delivery and it came even quicker than stated. Item was in perfect condition, with a wrapper to keep it protected for delivery. I will be using Back Market again.

The reason why I rated you so low was because of your customer service. I never had so unpleasant situation. My parcel didn't come on time and I didn't receive any help from your team. I got my parcel only because I started to investigate. You got a very nice price but you can improve the way of treating customers.

Ordered the Excellent condition and it came super quickly and in basically perfect quality! I can't easily see any marks (even when looking closely)! Fingerprint sensor works perfectly, USB port works perfectly and volume buttons work perfectly. Overall extremely happy and would definitely recommend it!

So I purchased this iPad on a whim as I wanted a sufficient upgrade from my 2017 iPad and to say the least, I am very satisfied, but there’s a couple things I’d wish I’d known before. I’m unsure on the standard for all Back Market offers but from advertisements I’d seen, especially on YouTube, I thought the iPad would arrive in a Back Market style packaging but it arrived simply in a robust cardboard box, which after Googling seems to be the standard but I’m unsure why the adverts show different? It arrived bubble wrapped and with a sheet of ‘Apple’-like fitted paper covering the device but I noticed straight away, a quite sufficient scratch on the upper edge corner - I had chosen the flawless condition (which was an increase in pay mind you) so this was a slight disappoint from the off start. After switching on the iPad the device was acting very odd - none of the buttons or touchscreen interface was responding and black square boxes kept appearing on the screen around the text which I have never encountered with an Apple product before. Quality and condition are first class. The improvement in performance compared to my old iPad is phenomenal. This iPad is an absolute joy to use.
