    I ordered one iPhone 14 Pro Max in gold colour and in good condition, but surprisingly it came as an excellent condition with not even a hair line scratch. I’m really very happy with it as it is in perfect condition which looks like a new phone. This order was my second one from back market and I ordered a third one iPhone 13 Pro in blue to give it as a gift. Thank you backmarket

    The phone is a lovely colour and it looks fantastic. There is a small mark at the side of one of the cameras but you can hardly see it , and that was a ‘good’ condition phone. I transferred all my data from my old phone with no problems. Really happy with it.

    Phone was good, but packing was not good. I have ordered 3 phones out of which 2 ordered as “fair” which were packing very very good compared to this phone which was ordered as “good”. Also in this order, you haven’t sent the metal pin for sim tray opening. I am giving you 5 star for the phone condition but packing will be 2 star.

    So far so good. Speedy delivery too. Ordered a 'good condition' phone and was not disappointed, no scratches or marks to case or screen. All apps & cameras work ok and not had any problems to date. One downside was applying a screen protector. Took it to a local shop and the owner tried 3 times to put a protector on the screen without bubbles - failed! Although he felt that guilty that he didn't charge me. I can only assume that the phone supplier has change the screen during refurbishment and not used a quality screen. Other than that Back market have always been good value for money.

    The phone arrived very quickly. The packaging was very poor — there was not even a SIM card ejector tool included. However, the phone itself is in good condition. The battery health is 85%, the screen has no defects, and the back panel is also in great condition. There are a few small chips on the sides, but they are minor and within the condition that was described. Overall, thank you to the seller.
