I've had my Iphone 14 Pro Max for just over a month and am delighted. New to refurbished and the things i was worried about: screen marks, poor battery life, turned out to be unneccessary concerns. 'Good' condition meant, from my perspective, a pristine screen and back and the merest small marks along the edge of the casing only noticed under close examination. A huge step up from my Iphone X. Almost £400 less than i'd pay new and only £10 more for the Max version. The idea of buying new now seems insane. Oh, and it arrived in 2 days from order.

I purchased an iPhone 14 Pro Max in “Fair’ condition I was expecting the phone to have general wear and tear marks and scratches etc as the fair condition states on the Back Market site. The phone I’ve received from this particular refurbisher is in far better condition than I was expecting for a “Fair” graded phone and has exceeded my expectations. The screen has no visible marks or scratches at all, the phone body has some light marks from previous use but nothing serious at all just light rub marks from a case that’s previously been on the phone by the looks of it. Battery health is 87%. I’m very pleased with the phone I placed the order on Friday at 12 noon and it arrived the following day at 10:30. Thank you so much.

First time not buying from apple refurbished and do not regret it. Ordered “good” condition so was expecting some marks but it looks brand new. Not a single mark on the phone. Will 100% be using back market in the future.

The phone came as expected with almost no scratch at all. More like a new phone but came with a battery capacity of 88% which is not bad for a Good condition phone. Just a few scratches that is negligible by adding a screen protector to it. This refurbisher is good however avoid dealing with musicMagpie refurbisher.

The phone is not so bad it has three deep scratches on the screen and 88% battery even though if it’s excellent condition I’ve had the same phone but 128 GB from same provider and it was really good. It was 97% and no scratches it was like new I’m unhappy with my purchase but i really need the phone for now so I will not return it. Customer service of backmarket is so helpful and they assisted me with every purchase every time and they are so friendly and professional but the refurbishers need to quality control thheir devices before sending them to the customers.

I was very sceptical as I had never bought a refurbished phone before. However, I’m very happy with my decision as the phone looked practically brand new when it arrived. I’ve had the phone for around two weeks now. Only slight con is the battery capacity which is 87% but hasn’t been an issue so far and it lasts me all day and longer. Overall and the phone looks and operates perfectly.
