    This is my third time purchasing an Apple product from Back Market. My first purchase was an iPhone 12 (Good condition) and it arrived in great shape. Everything worked perfectly and I was very happy with it. The second purchase was an iPhone SE (Fair condition). All features worked well, but the screen had a small crack on the top-right corner. Because of that experience, I would recommend choosing “Good” condition rather than “Fair” if you want a better cosmetic result. Recently I purchased a MacBook Pro 14” M1 (Good condition). The laptop arrived in excellent shape — the body and screen are flawless, and all features work perfectly. The battery cycle count is 273 with 89% battery health, which is still very good for a refurbished device. Overall, Back Market has been a reliable place to buy refurbished Apple products, and I’ve had positive experiences with all three purchases.

    the macbook was in very good condition , had very feint scratches that would’ve unnoticeable to people around you . The battery life was at 94% so it could last me 10 hours daily . The keyboard worked perfectly the only thing was that you could notice the use of them as some letters had more wear than the others .Still a very good product and had no issues with it at all. Would recommend buying from here

    Getting a refurbished MacBook M3 was a really great process with Back Market. I needed a laptop for my freelance business and getting a refurbished one is a great way to start to minimise your starting costs. It arrived in amazing condition. The device looked practically brand new. Well it did after I wiped it it down and gave it a clean. I got the second grade one due to availability but I was not disappointed. The Apple box it came it was a bit dinged up but not a problem. The money saved has really made a difference and would recommend the service to anyone.

    Customer service was great but sadly the product had what I think it was a liquid/ water damage in the screen which in the long run could’ve been really bad. Thankfully I was able to return and receive my money back. Returning was faster and easier than a replacement which is sad but ended up purchasing a better item elsewhere.

    Paid for the excellent grade and received a sub-average screen. I work in advertising and do video editing and paid the extra so I can work on a decent screen. However the screen arrived with burn marks and scratches - simply a poor refurbished job. Now I'm expected to sort out the return and wait over a week for the replacement which negatively affects my professional work and livelihood. Shocking! Update: ended up having to wait two weeks only to be told they can’t replace it and will refund me. Now we are almost three week after initial purchase and still not received my money back. Do not buy from Back Market they are middlemen than don’t touch the goods. Basically you’re buying stollen electronics.
