    Got exactly what I asked for. A refurbished iPhone 15pro. The new (official Apple replacement part) camera that had been installed itself smoothly on start up and has been working fine ever since. This is a bonus as I basically chose this phone for the awesome camera. Thanks Backmarket.

    i luuuurve back market. don’t hesitate to shop here guys. ordered 14 pro max in good condition and it came with only a few small nicks at the bottom near the speakers; the back glass and the screen were completely perfect, and the cameras were flawless. also came with a really great strong phone case that i didn’t order n that saved me some bucks. battery health is at 97% too. back market i love u. also thank u to to fix my crack refurbisher <3

    Really great, ordered the phone for good condition and it was honestly excellent no complaints at all, top battery health, no scratches at all, enjoying the use so far not seen any problems. Totally worth it not sure I’ll ever buy a brand new phone again, refurbished is the way to go. Saves money for real!

    Good purchase with quick delivery. Physically the iPhone 15 Pro Max came in excellent condition no scratches, marks or anything like that. Camera functions normally. First few uses the phone did heat up a bit much but I think that had more to do with me using it a lot as I was still setting it up. The reason I gave this 3 stars is because of the battery health - I got 94% with around 330 cycle counts initially and it fell to 93% in less than a month. For a phone in excellent condition I was expecting a battery health of 96%+, so receiving below that was a bit disappointing especially after seeing people buy ‘good’ condition and get better battery health than me. So I’d say it’s more so if you’re lucky or not you get high battery health rather than the condition you buy. Second, in settings it says that an issue with Face ID is detected. I find that Face ID runs okay for a refurb. It rarely doesn’t pick up my face so have to put in code. Other than that phone works very well and runs smoothly so can’t complain too much. Charging cable is a random brand one but works well.

    The appearance of the phone is better than I expected. The performance of the phone is good. This is the first iPhone I have had as I have previously used Samsung. So some features are unfamiliar to me. The delivery of the phone came sooner than I expected, which was great.

    Never bought personally from back market, but was recommended through friends. I bought an iPhone 15 pro condition good. It came as described with barely visible scratches on the screen and a few scratches on the back of the phone. Battery health was 89% Which was above the minimum but left me a bit sceptical if this was worth it. After using my phone for a week or so, I am pretty happy with the amount I paid for a secondhand phone and the quality of the product I received. I would definitely recommend back market and use them going forward.
