    I bought this as a surprise gift for my husband, upgrading from an iPhone 11 that was starting to have problems. Didn’t want to buy brand new again and have a huge payment each month. Buying second hand is the next best option. Somebody else paid the high price for me! I chose to but excellent condition because it was a present. It’s immaculate. So far it’s working great but still really good to have the 1yr warranty on it. Would use this company again.

    I am experiencing an issue with my iPhone 14 Pro. When listening to WhatsApp voice messages, the audio keeps switching between the loudspeaker and the ear speaker automatically. If I play a voice message on loudspeaker, it works for a few seconds and then suddenly switches to the ear speaker as if the proximity sensor is being triggered. After a few seconds, it switches back to loudspeaker again. This issue keeps repeating during playback. There are also a few display-related issues. Some spot-like marks or patches are visible on the screen, although the rest of the display looks fine. In addition, there is an occasional touch issue near the top corner where the time is displayed. Sometimes that area becomes slightly unresponsive, and the touch skips or stops working properly for a short time. Apart from these issues, the phone is in good condition and functions normally overall.
