    I bought this as a surprise gift for my husband, upgrading from an iPhone 11 that was starting to have problems. Didn’t want to buy brand new again and have a huge payment each month. Buying second hand is the next best option. Somebody else paid the high price for me! I chose to but excellent condition because it was a present. It’s immaculate. So far it’s working great but still really good to have the 1yr warranty on it. Would use this company again.

On both occasions of buying my kids’ refurbished ipads with another online retailer, I had to send them back due to glitching issues. Touch wood, Back Market devices have been high quality refurbs with no issues to date. Also, great value for money & can’t be beaten to price. My daughter has had hers well over two years now.     This was my first time buying a refurbished phone, and I have no regrets at all. Honestly, I had some doubts at first, but they disappeared as soon as I opened the box. The phone is in perfect condition — it looks like new. The battery health is 96%, which was a very pleasant surprise. The order arrived faster than expected and was well packaged. The only minor downside was the charging cable included in the box — it was a very cheap basic one, so I bought a new cable right away. Not a big issue compared to the overall experience. The phone is very fast, and the camera capabilities are absolutely impressive. So far, everything works perfectly. I’m very happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend both the phone and the seller.

    I had a fold 5, a great device so had good feelings about going the 7. It arrived all nice and shiny, charged it and started the transfer, all done in about an hour. opened it up did a software update, and started to use it. Can't fault it works perfectly great device.
