I bought this as a surprise gift for my husband, upgrading from an iPhone 11 that was starting to have problems. Didn’t want to buy brand new again and have a huge payment each month. Buying second hand is the next best option. Somebody else paid the high price for me! I chose to but excellent condition because it was a present. It’s immaculate. So far it’s working great but still really good to have the 1yr warranty on it. Would use this company again.

Absolutely perfect device from EK MOBILE. Perfect condition, the battery had only 36 cycles and was at 93% health. All parts are original and nothing has been replaced. Before I bought two other iPhones through Backmarket - both of them had to be returned due to poorly performed refurbishment (in one case there was visible glue and particles under one of the replaced camera lenses). Really happy with this device though - it seems EK MOBILE know what they're doing and I'm more than happy to recommend this seller!

Bought from Back Market before & everything was great, so returned for another refurbished iPad & have been impressed again. On both occasions of buying my kids’ refurbished ipads with another online retailer, I had to send them back due to glitching issues. Touch wood, Back Market devices have been high quality refurbs with no issues to date. Also, great value for money & can’t be beaten to price. My daughter has had hers well over two years now. This was my first time buying a refurbished phone, and I have no regrets at all. Honestly, I had some doubts at first, but they disappeared as soon as I opened the box. The phone is in perfect condition — it looks like new. The battery health is 96%, which was a very pleasant surprise. The order arrived faster than expected and was well packaged. The only minor downside was the charging cable included in the box — it was a very cheap basic one, so I bought a new cable right away. Not a big issue compared to the overall experience. The phone is very fast, and the camera capabilities are absolutely impressive. So far, everything works perfectly. I’m very happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend both the phone and the seller.

Bought for our little music festival and will be used for box office, ticket sales on the door and taking donations. Chose the Fair condition option but was delighted with the state; almost perfect screen and works as it should. Have turned off updates so it will not slow down with OS18. For a sustainable festival, using refurbished tech is a great option. Love the peace of mind of the 1 year guarantee too. Great service.
