    The laptop I bought was billed as “fair”. As it was guaranteed to be working perfectly in every respect and so I thought “I’m no fashion victim, I’m not proud; as I won’t be using it in public I’m not going to be tech-shamed for having scruffy gear”. So I went for a reasonably priced “fair” item. OK, it showed the effect of blunt force trauma with a minor ding on one corner - and I had to search for that - and a rough patch (and we’ve all had those) on the edge, the b*gger was immaculate. A few strokes of a fine file and the rough bit was gone. Backmarket is a force for good. They help to reduce the shameful attitude of waste we see everywhere around. That they also offer excellent, fully functional products for affordable prices is a bonus. A big one, as it happens and I can’t recommend them highly enough.

    Probably should've known... but have spent many years thinking I had to buy new and have been blown away by the refurbished MacBook Pro I purchased from Back Market. I thought I'd received a new MacBook Pro when it arrived - from moment I first took it out of its very secure packaging, to using it now as my primary laptop. Very happy all round.

    This is my third time buy on back market, I first saw the advert on TikTok and said let me give it a try since this year begun I have but two smartphones and 1 MacBook and all are doing perfectly well as if it’s a brand new device it arrived at my doorstep the following day!!! When I ordered it around 12:00pm I really enjoy the app and there products and in no distance time I will come to buy another phone again I love back Mackey sooo much it’s a game changer in the tech industry.     The iMac was in excellent condition and after transferring all my files and thousands of photos to the device, worked perfectly straight away. It is much faster in operation than my previous model. I am very pleased with it.

    Device arrived 2 days after purchased in a very structurally sound box and bubble covering. I ordered it in ‘fair’ condition as a few minor scratches didn’t matter too much to me, and it had one hairline scratch at the bottom of the screen and no where else on the laptop, and other than that there are no signs of ware or use at all. The battery health is on 86% which was expected with a refurbished product. Overall a great purchase which absolutely met my expectations. 5 ⭐️

    I was skeptical at first about using Back Market. But I was very very pleasantly surprised and impressed at how easy and quick it was. Most of all though, I was blown away by the condition of the Macbook Pro I purchased, it was essentially like a brand new machine! Very minimal marks on it, zero signs of wear and clean as a whistle. Super happy with my purchase, and have recommended Back Market to my friends and family in confidence.

    I purchased a MacBook Pro (13-inch, M2, 2022) listed in Fair condition. Cosmetically, that description was accurate - there were visible dents and signs of wear, which I expected. However, shortly after using it the screen began glitching, lost colour and then went completely black, even though the Mac itself was still working. This felt like more than normal wear and tear. The device fortunately had AppleCare+, so Apple carried out an extensive repair at no cost. The laptop now works perfectly, but without AppleCare+ this would have been a very costly issue. Back Market did respond and offered repair, replacement or refund, but communication took some time and Apple ultimately resolved the issue faster. Overall, the outcome was positive, but I would advise buyers to check refurbished devices very carefully on arrival and factor in potential issues, especially with “Fair” condition listings.

    The iMac itself was in Immaculate condition and definitely worth paying the little extra as looks brand new. That being said though the reason for not giving a five star rating was the mouse and keyboard not being genuine apple products and felt cheap. That is my only criticism
