    I’m really disappointed with the service I received for my order. The communication between back market and the supplier was terrible. I had to get in touch with the supplier myself. My order was not updating on its progress which was very frustrating as I needed the laptop urgently. Back market assured me they would get in touch with the supplier and let me know the progress. Because of the lack of communication from back market I got in touch with the supplier directly to check on my order. They told me it was still being refurbished and that it was set to be delivered and shipped maybe that day. Back market then told me they cancelled my order because they couldn’t get in contact with the supplier. So now I have to wait another 5 days to get my refund to make the order again. For something that could have been avoided if they communicated properly. I am desperately trying to get a laptop as I told the team when the initial delay started.

    i payed for the excellent condition for the macbook and it arrived in a clearly used condition around the edges and dead pixels on the right centre part of the screen very noticeable when a black color is on , also the macbook has an hinge problem, whenever i open it theres it a clank as if hinge broken and macbook springs back open at the slightest touch, if laptop is held in a slightly angled position it doesn't stay shut , for excellent condition this isn't even close to acceptable, i will be sending it back for replacement, will review when arrives.

    This is the second laptop I've had to return to BackMarket (different sellers.) This one said it came in Excellent condition but was scratched, dinged, and dirty under the keyboard. It also came pre-set up, which was a security concern for me. I'm going to return it. The two stars are for quick delivery, and aside from the condition, it's the product I ordered.
