If we look really closely, we can see that the keys had been used but other than that the MacBook Air was in really good condition. Brilliant too that you are delivering to the Isle of Man.

I was nervous about ordering because I’ve never used Back Market and worried about problems/returns etc but my laptop arrived in perfect condition, it was just as described, I could track it at every single stage of its delivery (and that was helpful as it arrived 2 days before the estimated delivery date). Its easy to order from the website. I can’t comment on customer service because I haven’t needed to use them. I did a factory reset when the laptop arrived and reinstalled the operating system. So far, so good.
