    Overall I was not happy with my experience, I selected English and excellent condition, to then receive a German MacBook that was sratched. I got in touch regarding this and they said the MacBook was fine and sent me a manual how to fix the German issues… but the MacBook keyboard was German I did not want this. I so proceeded to ask for a refund which they sent me a shipping label, the first label did not work so had to get in touch again, another one sent which also didn’t work. Finally the third one did I won’t be purchasing from back market again.

    Computer is in fantastic condition and came in the original box. It came from France so shipped with the EU plug, but there was a UK version in the box as well which was very useful. Only slight issue is the "2" key feels a bit spongy, but it still works perfectly fine. Very happy.

    Great quality, got here before expected arrival, no issues with it as of writing this. I’ve had it for around 2 weeks and have been using it non stop. Very minor scratches on the back, but that was expected as I ordered it in fair condition. Amazing product. Only issue was that shipping seemed a little rough, and you could hear the Macbook moving around freely in the box. However no damage was visible from the way it was packed.

    When I got the machine it was in French, and it took two sessions of online guidance and some further work on my own to sort it out. However, the item was in better condition than advertised and is proving to be a very sweet little machine. The fact that there was a face-to-face video helpline available as support weighs heavily in its favour. Overall: happy.
