A few marks and scratches on the screen and back of the MacBook. Although I ordered the excellent condition option. The whole process from purchase to delivery was brilliant. I made the jump from windows to macbook and I'm really glad I went through this website which was recommended by a friend - it was the only way I could afford a macbook. I was dubious about buying something expensive off a website I'd never used before, so I chose the 'excellent' version and the macbook really is excellent - no scratches or dents, looks brand new and works like a charm. Purchased in 'Good' condition, but it is fantastic! The laptop has a slight scratch on the front, but that is the only clue I would have to guess the computer wasn't brand new. I'm quite pleased with this purchase. Everything seems to be working well overall, considering I bought it in 'fair' condition; the scratches are minimal. However, there's an issue with the charging port.
