    miss advertised as a ipad air 13 inch 2026 model, but instead received a ipad air 2024 13 inch model, contacted help about th incorrect model and got offered 3 choices after about 24 hours. 1 send the ipad back for the correct model if available if not get full refund. 2 take a 10% refund on the purchase price. 3 sent the ipad back for full fefund and a promotional 5% discount. the online chat wasn't great got left with no reponse after initial contact but the following day got a email from support saying they were looking into it,

    Ordered this to replace an older watch that was becoming unreliable due to water ingress. Went for the Galaxy 5 Pro, as reviews suggested it had the longest battery life. Watch arrived when expected as was in excellent condition, no scratches or dings and a brand new strap. Didn't have the original packaging, but that wasn't a problem. Over a week in and the watch performs like new. Amazing price, as the Samsung store are currently selling this at £200 more than I paid through Back Market. Very happy indeed.

    The laptop I received was advertised as having 16GB RAM, but Windows and Task Manager show that it only has 8GB DDR5 installed. Task Manager also shows that only 1 of the 2 RAM slots is occupied. Please arrange for the missing 8GB RAM module to be supplied/installed, or provide an appropriate solution for the incorrect specification.
