miss advertised as a ipad air 13 inch 2026 model, but instead received a ipad air 2024 13 inch model, contacted help about th incorrect model and got offered 3 choices after about 24 hours. 1 send the ipad back for the correct model if available if not get full refund. 2 take a 10% refund on the purchase price. 3 sent the ipad back for full fefund and a promotional 5% discount. the online chat wasn't great got left with no reponse after initial contact but the following day got a email from support saying they were looking into it,

Absolutely spot on , bought for my daughters birthday, looks and works like brand new I’ve used back market numerous times for phones and gadgets , never had a problem to date !

Sent a 2024 iPad Air when I ordered a 2026 model. Luckily I checked the settings.

Product was delivered faster than promised 👍 Obviously it is a new iPad, I had chosen the Premium condition. Only the original packaging was slightly bumped. iPad in perfect condition. The device I exchanged for it was accepted as described, The promised payment was also transferred at very short notice. Can be recommended without reservation and will be happy to do so again

New iPad Air, unpacked myself and certified that it hadn't done any charging yet. I am extremely satisfied with the deal.
