    I have to admit I was a bit worried about buying a refurbished iPad not directly from Apple but I’ve been absolutely delighted with everything. The iPad is great, works perfectly and it’s hard to tell that it’s not new. Delivery and communication were all spot on too so I’d definitely buy from here again. I also love the greener impact of buying refurbished instead of new. Thank you

    Had an issue initially as an ipad with the incorrect storage was shipped originally (though super quick) . Returns process was really simple and it took about a week to get the correct replacement so problem solved with zero hassle or argument. My one issue was that it was shipped 24h tracked rather than signed for, so if it didn't fit through the letterbox my postie would likely have left it on my step which is obviously a bit risky.

    Ordered 2 of the same tablets in fair condition was for my 6 year old and 3 year old for Xmas didn’t want to get brand new as we all know they break so easy ! Only 150 each so paid 300 for both pretty good deal way expected them to come and be scratched dented possibly a fake battery ect but tested everything my self and it’s all perfect can’t see a scratch on either of them to be honest I’d of been happy if a had paid for excellent condition and received these both of them were reset and signed out of any iCloud both of them signed into our iCloud with zero issues and a updated the software again zero issues doing this battery is fine screen seems to be fine from what little use I’ve done to set them up downloaded YouTube to make sure the sound ect was fine downloaded with no issues and sound is perfect checked cameras on both tablets both front and back again absolutely fine charger is either a genuine Apple one or a decent one not a cheap one that won’t charge proper can’t really find anything to fault to be honest also came the very next morning from ordering despite not paying the extra for fast delivery. Brilliant service so far hopefully no issue in the future ❤️

    Very pleased with purchase of the Samsung S20 5G mobile. Despite the intervening Bank Hol, it arrived within 1 working day by DPD. The screen and back were in very good condition with virtually no scratches and there was mild wear on the silver edging. Transfer of data, apos and settings from old S7 to the S20 went well using Smart Switch. The mobile works perfectly. So impressed with it, especially the amazingly long charge duration of the battery. Very impressed with the service from the Back Market platform. This is my 2nd purchase from them - I bought another S20 a few months ago for my daughter. After a couple of weeks of using the S20, I am still very happy with it. The only disappointment is that I cannot use my credit card on Samsung Pay and this may be due to the fact that I cannot enter my post code which is alpha-numeric in the UK but the Samsung Pay only shows a numeric keyboard. I suspect the mobile is hard wired for the US. Entering 5 zeros does not work. Others have also reported this issue.

    Every new phone I get for myself or my kids I always get them from off this site. I've never ever once had a problem with any of them. The delivery is always really quick too and you are kept updated frequently with the delivery process. I also had my daughters laptop from here a few years back and she still uses it all the time now for course work etc. I won't buy phones etc from anywhere else now 😊
