    I would say my experience has been amazing. It started off well as a recommendation I heard on parenting hell’ so I thought perfect for a second hand item for my sons first iPad. From the start website easy to navigate, quirky words and very informative. The ONLY negative, when arrived. It arrived in a flimsy eBay box, so padding within so drifting from side to side within. Back Market you let it down on this front. I was expecting a little more from your packaging of these new purchases. I hope this will be noted, thanks Pip Silvers

    It’s amazing! So happy that I’ve bought this and back market is able to supply a working, basically new iPhone! I was expecting dents, or a bad battery, but there is nothing wrong with this phone, and it works like a charm. I’m so confused why someone would just not want this iPhone though. It makes me seriously question how many functional things people are just throwing away because they don’t want something anymore.
