    Unfortunately the phone I received the screen was not working correctly. The screen would move without me touch it and it is very temperamental. The sound also was very poor, when I was calling people they could not hear me and when on speaker. I ordered the excellent "phone" I have requested for a refund. However, the phone I received was in very good condition, it did look brand new so initially I was very pleased until I started to use it. It is a shame about the screen and sound as I loved the phone. I have reordered the same phone but it was £20.00 more to purchase?? I can see the company has very good reviews and I think I have got unlucky with the phone I have received. I did not get a email either regarding my purchase.
