    First time using Backmarket first time ordering a refurbished product but when compared to what my contract holder was offering it was worth taking the risk and I’ve been using the product for months now without issue. Even if the product only lasted a year it would be better value than buying new or continuing with a contract. Great

    quick shipping very happy with that. but the postman dropped it through the letter box so it fell on the floor. it was wrapped with bouble wrap but maybe put a warning that it's fragile!!

    I'm basically really happy with the phone. The only thing is that the touch screen is a bit laggy - is this to be expected with a recycled phone? I can deal with it, as in all other respects it's a great phone, I just can't walk and blind type because it doesn't register my touches too easily...!

    I recently acquired a refurbished phone in seemingly good condition, and I must express my disappointment with the overall quality. While the external appearance suggested a well-maintained device, closer inspection revealed significant scratches along the sides, detracting from the expected level of refurbishment. One of the most concerning aspects was the battery performance. Despite the device indicating good condition, it consistently exhibited poor battery life, reaching a critical low at 14%. This not only impeded its usability but also raised questions about the refurbishment process and the thoroughness of quality checks conducted. Moreover, the sound quality of the device proved to be subpar, rendering it nearly useless in various situations. This was unexpected, as a professionally refurbished phone should ensure optimal audio output. The lackluster sound further detracted from the overall user experience, highlighting a potential oversight during the refurbishment process. In conclusion, my experience with this refurbished phone in good condition fell short of expectations due to noticeable scratches, a problematic battery, and inadequate sound quality. It is my hope that future refurbishments of this nature undergo more stringent quality assessments to ensure customers receive devices that truly meet the standards of a professionally refurbished product.

    If this is an item specific review for the jbl earphones i am not very impressed. The sound for calls is pretty good but not for music. And the fit isn't good for me. This may be a natural ear shape matter but they're defo not for everyone imo, wish others a better experience .

    The condition of the phone is very fair for what was described and the price that was paid. However, there does seem to be a largely inconvenient slight software issue regarding the keyboard, where pressing the spacebar once almost always results in multiple taps. This does make using the keyboard, a very common thing, largely annoying. After researching it seems be an effect of the way the phone was refurbished and going by the system alert displayed using potentially disingenuous parts. Aside from this small, albeit irritating, issue the phone functions very well and is in a very good state
