    This was a gift for a family member which I tried briefly before gifting on C Day I was very pleased. Back Market was recommended to me & 1st time I’ve bought reconditioned. The recipient was very happy with it too.

    I had two personal recommendations of Back Market so I decided to give the company a try as my old Samsung (only 5 years old) was giving me problems. The service I received from Back Market was very good and I'm now very happy with my Samsung Galaxy S22 5G 128GB.

    Early days but seems quite good so far. The refurbished model doesn't have the same range of settings (eg on languages/ keyboards and one or two other things) as my own phone of same model but I like this company"s sensible reuse/ recycling policy so I"m keen to support.

    The iPad is in great condition and looks brand new. Everything seems great about it except the one drawback being that it charges very slowly. This could be a feature of the 7th gen compared to what i'm used to which is the 9th gen. It also could be the charging adaptor. Overall I'm pretty happy with the product.

    All good. iPad arrived a lot quicker than expected, think it might even have been next day, and it’s like new. Very happy, thank you! There were no accessories with it, as expected, but the ratings below require me to put a rating for accessories so just ignore what I put for that!

    Excellent service overall, a tad dissapointed as I wouldn’t really consider the iPads excellent condition as there are a few scratches on the back and a minor dent in one of them, they also came without boxes, I thought paying for excellent they would’ve been in a little better quality, still very good though.

    I was sent an American Verizon model which means it isn't on the latest software for this device as it's at the mercy of the carrier to provide updates. It didn't come with an SPen which the tablet did come with as new, but I wouldn't have much use for this myself. The tablet itself is brilliant, the latest 11" Samsung OLED tablet you can buy. To get OLED on the tab S7 and S8 ranges, you need to go to the plus models which are too big in my opinion.

    It was the perfect present, and in excellent condition as though it was brand new - just as promised. I only wish it had come in a better box so that it could be presented as a present. I had to purchase a box online. But that is a minor thing as I know most people would be purchasing for themselves
