Arrived on time well packaged and the phone was perfect like brand new you would never know it was refurbished, it replaced my A12 after many years also from Back Market. The phone is working perfectly and battery life is great for every day use would recommend refurbished every time and great prices.

There’s no tea to spill. My only difficulty was choosing the right device from all this on offer. Once I’d made the decision it all went like clockwork. Arrived a day earlier that scheduled and had to be left with a neighbour. Packaging was really good. I wouldn’t be surprised to learn the iPad was in fact brand new unused.

My partner bought an iPhone 11 from Back Market a number of years ago which had a fault, it was sent back and immediately replaced at no extra cost, her phone has worked perfect so with mine no longer able to update, so it was time to go. My replacement which is an iPhone 13 128GB arrived sooner than expected which was a pleasant surprise, it looks and works a treat. Although the time wasn’t quite right for me to buy a new phone I’m glad I did and very pleased that Back Market offer the same impeccable trusted service that they did years ago.

Greate product and price worthy, This is my 4 th product from Back Market all product are in excellent condition.

Almost everything was as expected. The only slight disappointment is that there is a very small, but noticeable gap between the screen and the body on the left side of the phone. I don’t know if this is a result of the refurbishing process but it means dust and other debris can quite easily accumulate in there. Delivery and function of the phone, including good battery life was as ordered.

Great quality device I’m really happy with the function and look and feel - not noticed and issues it doesn’t have any scratches etc either so feels brand new. A previous iphone I bought at 85% lasted over 3 years absolutely no issues so I highly recommend!

phone is excellent. bought as a first i phone for my 11 yrcold. looks brand new. arrived within a couple days, really pleased with the purchase. never bought 2nd hand before, always used a mobile phone company costing so much more money. will definitely purchase from here again.

Everything was good:- • phone arrived very quickly via standard delivery • phone had been described as "excellent". There were a couple of minor marks around the edges, but once a cover was added that's not an issue • there were no frills with the phone, but usefully there was a USB to C cable and a SIM removal tool, both very useful. I would recommend Backmarket.
