Absolutely amazing purchase Not one scratch on the Macbook pro and I had selected just a good model but overall excellent performance and arrived within a day. Packaging neat overall was as good as a brand new laptop possibly the best refurbished product I have purchased to date and a massive upgrade from Macbook air. I would highly recommend back market as I consider myself to becoming a long term customer.

Great product!! Seller shipped in less than 24 hours and was delivered in less than 48 hours. Ordered excellent quality and thats exactly what i got! Battery health is at 97% and is amazing. Looks almost new - a few tiny marks on the body but other than that it is perfect, would definitely reccomend!

My MacBook is like new, I hope people don’t go ahead to waste money to apple again, backmarket sell brilliant products. I love my MacBook Pro, I sleep beside it every night because the beauty drives me crazy, everything is perfect, the battery life span, works absolutely perfect. I struck gold, I will surely buy more products from backmarket.

Laptop came even better than described - i bout a MacBook Pro M1Pro in fair condition. Absolutely no faults at all with the Mac itself, its stunning! I didn't know what to expect & it has pleased me very well. Ill be back for future upgrades

at first of course I was skeptical, as anyone would be buying refurbished, whilst it didn't come in an official box it is in immaculate condition, I couldn't believe how amazing it looked. after powering on as well it has only had 5 charge cycles!!! i couldn't recommend this amazing service enough! very happy consumer

Very easy. The charger is not authentic Apple (which I knew was a possibility so is not an issue). However, the charger heats up really really fast. I’m not sure what to about that. The laptop itself is great though - got it about 2 weeks ago and no problems so far.

arrived in very good condition so no complaints about that but i chose the excellent option which says that the battery life of the products are all supposed to be 85% or higher but mine is 71% so not too happy about that.

Fast shipping, great refurb. For 'Good' condition I am delighted, there are only a couple of minor scratches on the lid one tiny dent. The screen and keyboard are in perfect condition. My MacBook battery is at 92% capacity which is more than I expected. Happy customer.

I’m really delighted with this purchase - I’ve bought second hand tech for years but never used a dedicated site. The options available were very clear and you can almost put your spec together as if you’re buying a new machine. I had a 2011 MacBook Pro that lasted comfortably a decade - this one does absolutely everything I need it to super quick. It looks in amazing condition - I almost can’t fathom why anyone buys anything new 🤷‍♀️
