Buying refurbished sometimes feels like a bit of a gamble, but I'm pleased with my order! Got a 2020 MacBook Pro in "good" condition and it's just as advertised - a tiny amount of wear and tear to the exterior but so far it seems to be in perfect working order with 88% battery health, all for a fraction of what it'd cost new. Only marking down by one point due to the box - while the laptop came securely packaged, it was all in cardboard with no bubblewrap or anything to protect it from water damage during transit. I admire the commitment to recyclable packaging but I feel lucky the parcel wasn't left out in the rain at any point!

This is the second refurbished product I have purchased from back market and I have not been disappointed. Recently upgraded my old apple to a MacBook Air 2020 and its great - in perfect condition, like new 😊 Would highly recommend this company. Great for the environment too not buying new!

Bought a 2020 Macbook Air Excellent, and it is indeed excellent! Over the moon with my purchase, not a mark on it. It's a gift for my son for xmas so I needed it to be spot on and it really is!! So happy. Wasn't in an apple box but was well packed in a very professional looking box. Will definitely buy from back market again!

Laptop came even better than described - i bout a MacBook Pro M1Pro in fair condition. Absolutely no faults at all with the Mac itself, its stunning! I didn't know what to expect & it has pleased me very well. Ill be back for future upgrades

Very happy with my MacBook Air. Took 4 or 5 days to get here which wasn’t a problem and to be honest it’s like new. Battery charges to 100% and I really can’t find a mark on it. I’ve had a couple of referb phones and now this and all have been excellent. Would definitely recommend.

I’m really delighted with this purchase - I’ve bought second hand tech for years but never used a dedicated site. The options available were very clear and you can almost put your spec together as if you’re buying a new machine. I had a 2011 MacBook Pro that lasted comfortably a decade - this one does absolutely everything I need it to super quick. It looks in amazing condition - I almost can’t fathom why anyone buys anything new 🤷‍♀️

Ordered a 2021 16" MacBook Pro in Feb 25. Arrived in 2 days (excellent DPD as usual) and the external condition (classified excellent) I would have to say is flawless. Been using for two days and all ports work and the device and display is working beautifully. Well done and thank you Back Market and the retailer Renew Laptops Ltd.

Ordered Excellent but unfortunately there are large scratches on the body of the MacBook Pro. Screen is flawless, system functions well, just disappointing we paid more for the higher quality and got sent a lower quality. Not worth the hassle of returning.
