Really pleased with my new phone. i was a bit apprehensive about buying on line but BACK MARKET made the whole process really easy and the quality of my phone is great. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Perfect, but the only problem was the charger. It was type C and not lightning which doesn’t suit me:(

Was happy with it until yesterday when samsung announced they were stopping updates!!! Had I know before I would have got a different phone.

Samsung galaxy tab A bought for my son, not heard any moans or complaints yet so must be good. The tablet came well packaged & looked as good as new, very quick delivery.

The IPhone SE 64 Gb was as described, unlocked and ready to pair with my old phone. Transfer was a doddle and phone is a lot faster, better than expected.

Really great service. Fantastic trade in and conditioned phone replacement for a very reasonable cost.
