    I'm so pleased with my "new" phone and the service from Back Market was superb. I had to return the first phone I'd ordered because it was larger than I'd anticipated (my fault for not checking the measurements in the description) and there were no quibbles with the return/refund. Both phones arrived earlier than expected and you would never know they were not brand new. I couldn't be happier and would highly recommend.

    Website easy to use. Apple Pay, always a bonus. Arrived next day, even though estimated delivery was two to three days, which was a bonus. Packaging was good, secure and stupidly silly and over packed. Phone was literally like new, I couldn’t tell. So far, all good. Very impressed. Will not be paying Vodafone or whoever’s extortionate prices again.

    I ordered the Samsung Tab s8. Thankfully it arrived with the original stylus so there was no additional cost. The screen and bezels were flawless, only major negative was that there was some large sort of white staining on the back. Otherwise, it came off after a few sprays of a cleaning agent. Overall, a positive experience a week later. I can happily recommend the excellent selection of refrurbished products on Back Market from experience.
