    This is a very difficult review to make. This is primarily due to it being a very frustrating experience. Saying that however, Back Market have dealt with it promptly. My phone arrived but it was faulty. The screen had a life of its own and just kept opening random screens and typing random letters. Back Market sent a replacement immediately via next day delivery which I thought was excellent service. I did however have to clear the phone . This was an incredibly frustrating experience as it was impossible to clear when random screens kept opening and random characters were getting typed when trying to input passwords. Having eventually sorted it I returned the original phone, Tracked. Later I received an email saying they had received my parcel so all was good and I was happy with the service. However a couple of days later I received another email saying despite Tracking showing the phone having been delivered, the seller has not received the phone.. An investigation would be carried out and a lock would remain on my credit card. More frustration. I now have conflicting emails about the return of the phone was is very annoying. The replacement phone I received is excellent. Actually very pleased with it. So overall a real mixed bag experience.
