    Had to upgrade from an iphone 7 for compatibility with an Apple Watch : decided to purchase a refurbished iphone 11 from Back Market after seeing positive reviews The phone arrived within 48 hours good communications and looks brand new.. Battery not apple recognised but keeps a good charge Very impressed would highly recommend Back Market

    Very pleased with my reconditioned phone . The purchase process went very smoothly and it works perfectly . Not even a message from Apple to say ‘unrecognised part etc’ that I have usually always had in the past with other phones 😃

    Bought as a Christmas gift so its not been used yet. But it arrived on time looks perfect and I did charge to 100%. I have used Black Market for several years now and will never buy a new phone again. The quality of the refurbished phones is so high there really is no point spending £100's of more just to get the latest version.

    The phone looks and works like new.the only thing is that's kind of the software is different because I also have 13 mini. and the differ slightly. but overall Great and the battery is a killer. the 13 mini is already going so fast than this one. Many thanks to whoever refurbished and released it on the market. Tottaly recommend !!!

    10/10 I bought the Iphone 11 in fair condition and it only had a few scuffs on the metal but immaculate on the front and back. It had a new battery installed and cost much less than any other shop with free delivery. Would definitely buy from here again!

    Received the iPhone 13 really quickly which was great. Ordered excellent so was expecting no scratches or anything however there were some slight scuffs on the corner of the phone but nothing really to complain about, just very minor. Only issue really is battery health being at 85% which I would expect for a phone in excellent condition to have a better battery health. Everything else seems to have no issues but just because of ordering excellent and having that slight scuff and not too great battery condition I’ve deducted a star.

    Very satisfied with my iPhone 12 bought as in ‘Excellent’ condition, it seems to perform as expected - though I haven’t tried all features as yet, so there could be a surprise up its sleeve. For on permanent display is an alert notice saying ‘Unknown part’ - if it’s all functioning fine so far- it would be helpful if I’d been given a tip on how to remove this rather irritating feature on my Home Screen. Otherwise happy

    After many researches I’ve decided to order an iPhone 12 in good condition to replace my old iPhone 7. Well, the purchase itself was a really easy process, I’ve received the parcel in 2 days and the phone was absolutely perfect! There are only some minor scratches on the side that are barely visible. The most surprising part, though, was the battery health: 100% What can I say? I am completely happy and satisfied of my decision: using back market was the right choice for my wallet and the environment!

    Purchased an IPhone 12 (fair), expecting it to come with scratches, sceptical 54 year old my kids tell me.. It was a risk to purchase but most of the reviews seemed to be positive, the phone was fine, better than fine. Only one scratch on the casing , it had a screen protector on already. Battery is excellent and the product couldn’t be faulted. Excellent service, regular updates on email and text. I very rarely make reviews, but my experience was excellent from start to finish.

    I bought iPhone 11 from back market. I selected excellent condition hoping for the best but not really expecting too much. I was bowled over by the flawless condition of the phone and it's excellent battery health. I won't go anywhere else in future. Also a big thanks to the previous caring owner 😊
