Bought as a Christmas gift so its not been used yet. But it arrived on time looks perfect and I did charge to 100%. I have used Black Market for several years now and will never buy a new phone again. The quality of the refurbished phones is so high there really is no point spending £100's of more just to get the latest version.

The phone looks and works like new.the only thing is that's kind of the software is different because I also have 13 mini. and the differ slightly. but overall Great and the battery is a killer. the 13 mini is already going so fast than this one. Many thanks to whoever refurbished and released it on the market. Tottaly recommend !!!

I think I'd say it's in better condition than I expected - pleasing. Great phone, great condition. I chose Fair condition and the battery capacity is 94% which is much better than in my old handset. The case is in very good condition, only minor chips to the paint around the camera lenses. Works perfectly and it was great value for money even though I did not have another device to trade in. Very happy customer, would definitely buy here again!

Purchased the iPhone 12 back in December! I was gifted a Brand new iPhone 15 Plus in April for my birthday so I didn't use it long but It arrived in brilliant condition! Battery health was 86% but It still lasted me more or less a full day so I was happy enough. It's now set aside to be a gift for my sister who is still using a 2020 SE so she will be happy!

Received the iPhone 13 really quickly which was great. Ordered excellent so was expecting no scratches or anything however there were some slight scuffs on the corner of the phone but nothing really to complain about, just very minor. Only issue really is battery health being at 85% which I would expect for a phone in excellent condition to have a better battery health. Everything else seems to have no issues but just because of ordering excellent and having that slight scuff and not too great battery condition I’ve deducted a star.
