So pleased with my ‘new’ iPhone 13 Pro. So easy to navigate the website and order and the phone arrived quickly and was exactly as described. The trade in process is also clear and easy so even though my old phone wasn’t saleable I knew that what could be recycled would be. I would recommend Backmarket to anyone looking to upgrade their device in a responsible way.

I love the phone. Although it is my first time using an Iphone, this Iphone does not look rebranded- it seems brand new. Many thanks for delivering at such a timely manner and oh, I love the colour too!

Really good nice camera nice screen in excellent condition no scratches nothing I would recommend this if you don’t want to waste your money on a expensive phone but this phone will last for a few years but really good

I am very pleased with my new phone. It looks brand new , no scratches or damage. Works brilliantly, a real improvement on my previous iPhone 7! Delivery from Back Market took two days, quite acceptable to me. I inserted my SIM and the phone took charge of installation. I would certainly use Back Market again .

There are some issues with TikTok but there were issues with it on my old phone, it has nothing to do with what phone I have, so otherwise it’s been a great improvement in terms of battery life and performance.

Great phone, great condition. I chose Fair condition and the battery capacity is 94% which is much better than in my old handset. The case is in very good condition, only minor chips to the paint around the camera lenses. Works perfectly and it was great value for money even though I did not have another device to trade in. Very happy customer, would definitely buy here again!

The phone is nice. He came in good condition even I didn’t select new battery but with the standard battery it was 100% battery life. The only thing I would say is try to package the iPhones in actual iPhone boxes so that the user can get the new phone experience.

Bought this phone for my husband and who is very pleased with his refurb phone, you would never know it’s a refurb and definitely would not again from here. Communication was great and delivery was when it said it would be. Thank you
