So pleased with my ‘new’ iPhone 13 Pro. So easy to navigate the website and order and the phone arrived quickly and was exactly as described. The trade in process is also clear and easy so even though my old phone wasn’t saleable I knew that what could be recycled would be. I would recommend Backmarket to anyone looking to upgrade their device in a responsible way.

Had to upgrade from an iphone 7 for compatibility with an Apple Watch : decided to purchase a refurbished iphone 11 from Back Market after seeing positive reviews The phone arrived within 48 hours good communications and looks brand new.. Battery not apple recognised but keeps a good charge Very impressed would highly recommend Back Market

Bought as a Christmas gift so its not been used yet. But it arrived on time looks perfect and I did charge to 100%. I have used Black Market for several years now and will never buy a new phone again. The quality of the refurbished phones is so high there really is no point spending £100's of more just to get the latest version.

The phone looks and works like new.the only thing is that's kind of the software is different because I also have 13 mini. and the differ slightly. but overall Great and the battery is a killer. the 13 mini is already going so fast than this one. Many thanks to whoever refurbished and released it on the market. Tottaly recommend !!!

There are some issues with TikTok but there were issues with it on my old phone, it has nothing to do with what phone I have, so otherwise it’s been a great improvement in terms of battery life and performance.

Great phone. Although I think it was Spanish before as it has lots of span8sh apps when I turned on. That said it's a great phone. Bit chunky but I like that. It's a bit iphoney for an Android but the quality is 👍 good. Recommended

I love the phone. Although it is my first time using an Iphone, this Iphone does not look rebranded- it seems brand new. Many thanks for delivering at such a timely manner and oh, I love the colour too!

The phone is nice. He came in good condition even I didn’t select new battery but with the standard battery it was 100% battery life. The only thing I would say is try to package the iPhones in actual iPhone boxes so that the user can get the new phone experience.

Really good nice camera nice screen in excellent condition no scratches nothing I would recommend this if you don’t want to waste your money on a expensive phone but this phone will last for a few years but really good
