    Ordered the Google Pixel 6 and it came next day along with a charging cable. It was in excellent condition and I'm very impressed with the battery life. You honestly wouldn't know its not new other than a couple very minor marks which are covered by the case anyway.

    My third excellent purchase from Back Market. The iPad was purchased as a replacement for my mother, we are both extremely pleased with it. All 3 items I have purchased (an iPhone for myself and one for my husband) have been amazing, having always previously bought from new I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend buying from Backmarket in the future.     battery isn't great, pretty much same level as the phone I was replacing (which was exact same model). Everything else seems spot on though. In hindsight I think I paid a bit too much, but would consider another refurb in future.

    Screen broke after the phone was received. This meant we couldn’t know for sure whether it was wiped of data correctly before returning to seller (Backmarket policy says you must have done this, but we were told to return it anyway). Once it was with the seller for repair/replacement they asked (through Backmarket) for the device PIN, which we provided. They then stopped responding entirely to Backmarket and the resolution was to give us a refund. So we have no idea whether the vendor has access to our data or not, and Backmarket can’t do anything helpful.
