The phone was in excellent condition bar a slight scratch on the screen. It is second hand so this was within expectations. The only issue is that the phone has American firmware on it which makes it incompatible with the UK Samsung wallet app. This is a minor inconvenience but something to bare in mind when purchasing and probably best to query it before buying, something I did not do.

Fab, like new. Let people pay full price for new phones if they like, you may as well benefit from their silliness and buy refurbished.

Absolutely BONZA. Reconditioned I phone 6SE. But no Ear phone Socket which I miss as I-like my wired headphones .

Very Happy! Decided to order a used phone for once in my life with no high expectations! Received the "Excellent" version of the phone with not even a single scratch that I could notice! Have been using the phone for 2.5 months with no issues. The battery is also really good. I am very happy because I ended up saving money thanks to Back Market.

I had bought refurbished before, but this was my first time buying from Back Market. I was impressed with the prices and the ease of using the website to search for the best value handset for me. Prices were very competitive and I felt reassured by the quality of information and the warranty offered. My new phone arrived in a timely manner and well protected by the packaging. Being able to pick up the package from my local collection point was very convenient and removed the anxiety of missed deliveries and so on. After getting my new phone set up (a copy of my old one), I was a little concerned that there was a warning about the battery. However, after checking the Back Market website, I was assured that this was just due to it not being an official Apple battery and nothing to worry about. So far, the battery performance has been very good. So has everything else about my nice new phone and I’m glad to have saved money and some e-waste too. I’ll recommend buying refurbished to anyone who will listen and I can highly recommend Back Market.

Can’t recommend iPhone 8 highly enough. Dealing with Back Market is really easy. They provide accurate details of the phone and their communication throughout is excellent. Have used them before for another phone and quality was also excellent. Won’t hesitate to purchase from them in future.

The delivery was fast and I was kept updated. I have always found Backmarket to be extremely good to deal with and have bought a few phones from them and not been disappointed once. My iPhone 8 has worked great since I received it and I have had no issues at all. To be honest I was very pleasantly surprised at how good the condition is as I had opted for the 'Fair'; it's more like very good if you ask me!

Bought this phone for my dad as his previous phone was giving trouble. Was initially a bit skeptical buying a refurbished phone but the reviews were great so took the plunge. I must say, the phone has been brilliant! Performing so well, not able to find any physical defect on it. Battery is also great. I’m glad I made this ourchase
