    Bought iPhone 12 picked one listed as excellent condition. When it arrived there was a small scratch on corner of front screen but was otherwise in very good condition. Was a bit worried about buying a reconditioned phone but it is in good working order and battery health is also very good. Delivery was very quick and the phone was nice and clean. Would recommend this website.

    Just got it now, everything looks good(excellent condition I got) however , I am disappointed that the battery capacity is 92%. I got 2 iPhone 12's one with 100% capacity and one with 92. I'd say it's just your luck when it comes with these phones.

    This is my first time using Backmarket. I bought an iPhone 12 and also traded in a PS4. I am really pleased with the whole process for purchasing and selling.     Phone seemed amazing when it arrived, I chose the best quality one. Took a couple of updates but super good set up process and it felt/looked new getting it out the box. Had it for 3 weeks now, the battery isn't as good as I'd hope but you'd expect that with a refurb, however the screen has a glitch which is getting worse and worse. pretty much one in every 4 times I use it, I have to turn the screen off and on again because the touch gets stuck/becomes unresponsive. But worried the problem is just going to escalate. Hopefully I'm just unlucky but I'd recommend people if you get a glitch when you first open the phone, contact them straight away rather that wait and see

    Received the phone really quickly, within a week of ordering. The phone itself was in excellent condition, with no marks, dinks or blemishes. It was bought for my son and he's chuffed to bits with it.

    The phone is good but for some reason every couple of times I unlock the phone it's like theres a sensitivity issue and I have to lock the phone and unlock it to fix it

    I ordered the iPhone 12 in excellent condition thinking it would be free from any visible marks but there was scratches around the camera. It was also supposed to come with a charging cable and it didn't.
