I recieved my MacBook pro in as new condition. I am delighted with the vast amount of money I have saved with not buying new from the high street. A wonderful experience from picking the model that suited me to receiving my order. I would recommend anybody to look at reconditioned Macbook,s from this company before buying new.

I was surprised when the phone arrived, the condition was excellent even though I ordered a fair condition handset, it works perfectly, arrived in good time and well packaged, all in all a great purchase. I will be buying all my phones from them in future.

The whole process of purchasing this phone, to receiving it has been brilliant. The phone was exactly as described. It is a great phone and works really well. I cannot fault Back Market and recommend it to anyone who talks about getting a new phone, smart watch...anything tech wise.

We ordered 2 mobile iPhone 14s in good condition. The price was competitive. The delivery took longer than expected which was why we haven’t given super smiley face. The phones are perfect and just as described. NB you don’t get a charging cable/plug/earphones just so you know. Not a problem for us but just a heads up. The site is easy to use and it was recommended by a friend.

Bought iPhone 12 picked one listed as excellent condition. When it arrived there was a small scratch on corner of front screen but was otherwise in very good condition. Was a bit worried about buying a reconditioned phone but it is in good working order and battery health is also very good. Delivery was very quick and the phone was nice and clean. Would recommend this website.

I’m really happy with my purchase – absolutely worth it! The condition was even better than described on the website. The only small thing I’ve noticed is that the screen response feels slightly slower compared to my old S21 Ultra in similar condition, but overall I’m very satisfied. It's a silver one just I coverd the camera wiht a black case! Definitely recommend Back Market :)

Easy to find a phone I wanted very quick delivery very impressed. This is my second phone from backmarket and would highly recommend to anyone,plus I'm helping save the environment. Down side the new phone cable took 7hrs to charge .

Bought a "Good" tier phone, came with expected minor marks to casing but the screen and battery health are brilliant, not a mark on the glass. Fast reliable phone for everyday use would use backmarket again.
