After buying a reconditioned Galaxy Z Flip3 mobile phone from Back Market, I am happy to say the TV ad is true! The product arrived in my hands within 48 hours, neatly wrapped in a secure cardboard box. Once opened, the shiny phone gleamed; not even a scuff mark was on it. I initially put the phone on charge using the charging cable supplied and a plug adapter I already had. Once charged, the phone was easy to set up. The phone itself looks brand new. We picked ‘excellent’ as due the the colour it was a similar price to a black ‘good’ one. The phone is great my daughter is very pleased. But the battery life isn’t as good as I’d have hoped. Her old Samsung lasts days.. where as this is more like an iPhone! I love the phone but it's got a line through the centre of the phone were it folds. I know it's not new but I thought the screen would be better. Absolutely brilliant product. It was rated as 'fair', which meant it could have had scratches or marks on it. This wasn't an issue for me as it was going straight into a phone case. However, this device was in perfect condition, not a mark on it (that I could see!) Came with battery life to allow me to transfer all the data from the old phone to the new one, and set it up fully on the charge in it. Phone arrived quickly and was in perfect condition - as sold. Good price. On the actual product (not Back Market service), while I love having a flip phone, and I got a protective case (and I drop it much less than previous phones as it's smaller), it's not a good phone. It's already deteriorated quite a bit coming up to one year. I really like this phone, I have been using it for about a month. I have recently noticed though that it is pretty magnetic.
