I bought a S21 unlocked model graded as "fair". The phone was immaculate and seems to be working in excellent order.very straightforward website to use and the delivery tracking and service was excellent. I also used the trade-in option when purchasing my phone to sell on my previous . Would highly recommend Back Market and I will be using this website in the future for other refurbishment tech purchases.

I received my order within a couple days (I did order it in the evening so probably would've been quicker!) and to say I ordered it in fair condition I was very happy! It actually included more than I thought it would after reading the description, the only thing I needed to do was download the manual on my laptop from online! The only noticeable things was a few scratches on the drip tray and you could tell the milk jug had had some use but I think to say its refurbished and fair condition this is very good!!! I just cleaned up the jug with some stain remover and it looked brand new! and as for the scratches on the drip tray, I bought this coffee machine as an upgrade. I bought a cheap espresso machine a couple years ago so I know how easy it is to catch scratches with the drip tray so this didn't bother me because I thought I was probably going to end up getting a few accidental scuffs on it myself! I was a bit weary of buying something refurbed because I haven't done it before but this coffee machine was in better condition than I thought it would be. therefore, I would highly recommend!!! im now making the same delicious coffees for a fraction of the price than I would be if I...

My second purchase from here. Truly happy with my iPhone from last year so was confident buying the iPad. Wasn’t disappointed. Came very quickly and well packed Condition is very good. Easy to set up. My only downer, but is very small, was that I bought the hard case to protect it and it’s quite difficult to turn on and off but it wouldn’t put me off buying again

I've got sage coffee maker for over a year now, and I cannot imagine my life without it! After going through reviews I've decided to buy fair condition and what I got is great machine with a few scratches. Don't buy new! Buy used ones. Save the planet and your wallet!

Phone arrived quickly and in excellent condition (I think I selected “fair” and on thorough examination all I could find was a tiny scratch on the screen that is completely invisible when the screen is on). The battery health is excellent and can go multiple days between charges. Only tiny niggle about this purchase was a small extra fee at checkout but considering I saved best part of £500 compared to buying new, on a relatively recent model, I didn’t mind too much. One of my colleagues recommended this site to me and I will definitely be purchasing from them again!

Cracking machine, had been well looked after and cleaned up before arriving to me, does exactly what it says on the tin doesn’t come with an instruction manual but it’s easy enough tough to figure out and with YouTube you’ll be set in no time.

Absolutely awesome service, throughout. Emails kept me updated on every status of my phones journey. Checkout was easy. The deal is great. The phone works wonderfully. What more can be said. I mean it looks practically brand new.

Couldn’t be happier with my purchase. Went for the ‘fair’ condition Barista Express Impress and it is an amazing bit of kit. In great condition and has been every I had hoped for. Backmarket is an excellent company who are making secondhand seamless and reliable. Keep it up!
