    Really pleased with this coffee machine. It was second hand but very well refurbished and works brilliantly. It needed a little clean when it arrived, but nothing major. It makes great coffee and performs just as well as a much more expensive new machine. I also like that buying refurbished is better for the planet and much cheaper than buying brand new. The instructions weren’t included, but it was easy enough to find them online with a quick Google search. Overall, very happy with the purchase.

    Machine works perfectly, came well packaged in the original boxing with all the accessories you’d have from new. All the accessories were also new with new descaler. The package arrived early. Only marks are some scratches on the front but apart from that it looks brand new, very happy.

    Excellent condition - slight coffee ground residue within the machine though easily cleaned. It’s worth mentioning that the display picture on backmarket is for the standard Baratza Encore (not the ESP). Though what arrived was the Baratza Encore ESP as the product description suggests (which was preferable).
