Second time I've ordered from Back Market. I was so pleased with my phone I decided to buy an iPad. The service is excellent, quick delivery and item well packed. Very happy with both devices and with how much i've saved. Glad to know that things are being recycled and not just destroyed.

Arrived quickly, packaged in lots of bubble wrap and although it wasn’t boxed it was fine! My son loves it and is using it for drawing apps mainly. Exactly as described and a real bargain, I’m a returning customer and will keep coming back!

Slightly dubious about using a company like Back Market but the deal on the pixel 7a was worth a try. Got the pristine version and what a surprise. Basically it was brand new, not a mark on it. No data or pictures lurking in memory and it immediately updated to Android 16. Have had it now for a couple of weeks and it is a great phone. Very happy with purchase and would use Back Market again.

The iPhone 8 I ordered is like new. I’m very happy with it thank you. I had an iPhone 6s before and this one’s better. The accessory you sent was ok thank you but I just didn’t need another wire. So that’s the reason I’ve have scored that 4.9.

O 2 couldn't or wouldn't update whatsap so I needed a new phone I am 88 years old and not good with tech but my granddaughter ordered my new phone from you an it is wonderful you are brilliant people to do busyiness with thank you

iPad arrived on time in great condition, the battery was even charged so I didn’t need to charge it before using. Great battery life, no visible scratches or cracks on the screen or body. No complaints.

Having my previous iPad motherboard dying at 2 years old I was determined not to purchase another new iPad. This fit the bill and does the “same job”, being refurbished, it’s as good as new condition but less than half the price. Website was easy to navigate and compare models/prices and delivery was fast. Brilliant service!

Absolutely perfect, honestly I don’t think buying a brand new phone is necessary they are overpriced and terrible for the environment. This does the job, has all the modern amenities and looks practically brand new.

I have purchased two phones through Back Market. Couldn't be happier with the customer service and the condition of phones too. Works just like brand new. I am so impressed I will never buy new again.

Easy to order. Fast delivery. Really good condition phone, can’t ask for more. Had a refurbished phone from back market before (for my daughter). She had it over 2 years and it is still in very good condition. She asked for a newer model for her birthday and had no problem ordering from them again. Definitely would recommend and will be using them for one for myself when I need a new one.
