    Great company and the phone I wanted was in perfect condition, really pleased. HOWEVER, do not trade anything in if you are looking for honesty! I sent my previous phone in having been made an offer. It was in pristine condition, I looked after it extremely well. Once received, the third-party refurbisher offered me a lower amount saying there were dents and scratches. The photos provided were very clearly not the way I had packed up the phone and couldn't have been done in transit - to be frank, if it was even my phone (which I can't be sure of) the photos looked like there were scratches that had been deliberately made in one corner with a scourer or something. Go elsewhere for trade in!!

    This is my 4th time buying from back market and I am so happy with my Google pixel 6 pro purchase! Before this order, I actually bought the pixel 6 and had to return it as it wasn't "excellent" condition when I received it. The communication from backmarket is second to none! Maria was so helpful in helping me get a refund. Now on to this pixel pro.. it looks brand spanking new! I ordered on Thurs evening and received Saturday morning. I had to factory reset it myself though as there was a video in the photos section. Other than that, there are tiny scratches that you can barely see and the phone is excellent! I wish I had bought the white one though! But all in all, the phone is immaculate unlike the last phone I sent back. Everything was easy from ordering to delivery. I am very happy!

    Great product. Works as it should, in really good condition, and delivered promptly just as they said. A quality ipad for a fraction of the price of a new one! Will definitely use these guys again.

    over the moon with my purchase, arrived a day early & came in a sealed Samsung box. only thing I can moan about is they didn't put a charger lead in. Apart from that it's an excellent service and I would recommend it to anyone thank you.

    On the whole it's been good. My only issue was that my new phone hadn't been reset so it wasn't ready to pair and transfer my data from my old phone. Being a bit of a technophobe this did cause me some difficulty and distress, but I figured it out in the end. The phone has been brilliant since.

    Delighted with my Samsung Galaxy A32. I opted for Very Good condition, but it appears brand new. USB charging lead which is fine and fit for purpose, and the camera is great. Great first time experience with ordering and delivery. Faultless!

    Only a slight dent in the back and a bit of a scratch on the screen, but otherwise brilliant. Works perfectly, didn't realise how bad my old one was. A great deal, very happy with it. ps some glue on the back from a sticky label took some shifting.

    The service and delivery was great. The phone was in very good condition, just as I was expecting. However, there is clearly something loose in the phone in respect to when it vibrates. It makes a very loud rattling noise. I can even hear it if I shake the phone Honestly, I'm not that bothered as it is just as a second work phone and barely gets called, but if I had purchased this for my child as a first phone, I think they, and I, would have been disappointed, even allowing for the age of it. Still not putting me off using the company in the future, just need to manage my expectation when purchasing a 5 year old+ handset.

    The phone is great. Excellent condition - basically brand new. Communication excellent too. The only thing I would add is my phone never came with the tool to open sim card slot. Luckily I am a previous Iphone user so had one spare but if I was a new Iphone user I eould of been stuck.
