Easy to order. Fast delivery. Really good condition phone, can’t ask for more. Had a refurbished phone from back market before (for my daughter). She had it over 2 years and it is still in very good condition. She asked for a newer model for her birthday and had no problem ordering from them again. Definitely would recommend and will be using them for one for myself when I need a new one.

The phone is in good condition, couldn’t see any scratches ect so in that respect excellent! My daughter couldn’t tell that it was refurbished:) It seems to be holding the charge well and working well (only been using for a couple of days so far) The faults, I ordered a white phone and received a black phone (too late to send back as was a birthday gift) There was a video of a man talking in the photo/video album I don’t think a factory reset had been done as it was very obvious the previous user was from Hong Kong, all of the settings, everything on iTunes all in that currency, the clock and time zone were all set to Hong Kong ect

O 2 couldn't or wouldn't update whatsap so I needed a new phone I am 88 years old and not good with tech but my granddaughter ordered my new phone from you an it is wonderful you are brilliant people to do busyiness with thank you

iPad arrived on time in great condition, the battery was even charged so I didn’t need to charge it before using. Great battery life, no visible scratches or cracks on the screen or body. No complaints.

I have purchased two phones through Back Market. Couldn't be happier with the customer service and the condition of phones too. Works just like brand new. I am so impressed I will never buy new again.

Disappointed that the iPhone SE 2nd generation I bought from you cannot pair with my 2008 Lexus RX400h, apparently the Bluetooth software in my car is not compatible with certain iPhones. Shame as my old Microsoft Windows phone did it easily.

There are several issues that I have with this item. Korean software (complete with Korean script) has been left on the phone and I have been unable to remove it. Also, sound notifications for text messages don't always work. Since I only use this item sporadically and the technology is far more than I require, I am happy to continue with these minor irritations.

We ordered 2 phones of the same spec. Both arrived separately in different packaging which seemed a bit of a waste of postage. Despite saying that each would come with a charging cable, only one had a cable. Not a train smash but annoying. Phones both is great condition and are working fine. Great company, have already recommended to a friend.

Great company and the phone I wanted was in perfect condition, really pleased. HOWEVER, do not trade anything in if you are looking for honesty! I sent my previous phone in having been made an offer. It was in pristine condition, I looked after it extremely well. Once received, the third-party refurbisher offered me a lower amount saying there were dents and scratches. The photos provided were very clearly not the way I had packed up the phone and couldn't have been done in transit - to be frank, if it was even my phone (which I can't be sure of) the photos looked like there were scratches that had been deliberately made in one corner with a scourer or something. Go elsewhere for trade in!!
