    Well I must say I was a little dubious ordering a refurbished phone but honestly I'm more than happy with it. You wouldn't know it was refurbished at all. I went for the excellent condition samsung s21 and it's perfect and £95 cheaper than anywhere else offering the same phone.

    The phone arrived as stated "excellent" and all items present. I have transfered data acrose from old iPhone 6s and it all seems ok. Now trying to adapt to operating new physical changes but all major elements seem to work, I updated to the latest level. My only concern and irritant is when my new phone (refurbished) is in sleep, any messages I recieve do not light up screen and display information. I only know I have a notification isa prompt through my smart (non apple) smart watch, this prompts me to wake my my phone wich displays the notification. There was not a issue on previous phone. So I am pleased with phone and apart from this issue all is well.

    Well to be perfectly honest I'm quite disappointed when I compare my previous experience with buying excellent condition refurbished phones. The phone that was sold to me turned out to be from US market which means it does not fall under Samsung repair service in UK (they can't fix it, if it breaks). Additionally, I found some dust inside the camer lense for selfies which suggests to me a broken seal when someone cleaned the microphone. That means the phone no longer meets the IP68 standard. It is most likely no longer sweat/fog/steam/dust/moisture proof. I suppose 4 stars are for how clean and scratch less it was and the nice person from your service! Sadly I had to send it back for replacement.

    Another phone sent with ooor battery health at 82%. Now need to replace battery at another cost of £80. Makes it a very expensive used phone. I used to come to Backmarket because the sellers were good and the phone’s refurbished properly. Not now I will compare with other places.

    Phone arrived quickly and was cosmetically in Pristine condition for a very good price. However on using the phone there appear to be some technical issues. Screen scrolls upwards on its own while reading web pages/articles continuously so it’s impossible to use for these reasons & also the battery seems to charge abnormally slowly & phone gets very hot when charging. Unsure if I would use this company again on this basis. I have bought refurbished phones previously from other providers quite a few times and have never had any issues

    Ordered 2 Iphone SE (2020) for 2 of my children and they are happy with what they do (im not a fan of Iphones). One of the phones does get a little warm and the battery life data cannot be shown, the new battery option wasnt available (sold out) on purchase, but if needs be can have this sorted locally, buying a refurbished phone is the way to go, they came in excellent condition, set up was easy, charging cables work. Cant really say much more other than thank you for saving me some £££. Oh super quick delivery too and informed along the way by back market and the delivery company. Ordered another one after recieving the first 2 for my 3rd son who is super picky, he cant wait for it to arrive

    I bought the iPhone 12 pro in excellent condition the phone is great, but there is a very deep scratch on the screen which is very visible, as well as the battery percentage not showing up meaning that the battery had been changed out to a different one rather than the original apple battery.

    My first 2 orders for iPhone 12 were cancelled because of supplier having stock issues. This was disappointing but refunds were made promptly. I’m pleased with my iPhone 12 Pro which looks immaculate however I was surprised to see battery only had maximum capacity of 81% and I had expected this to be at least 85%. I also find that the battery charge seems to run down much faster than my old Samsung galaxy.

    After reading reviews decided to purchase galaxy S21 5G excellent condition. Phone arrived really quickly,as described looks almost new no marks or scratches.No problems up to now.Would definitely buy from back market again.

    After reading previous reviews I bought my daughter an IPhone 12 for Christmas. I have to say I am extremely impressed with the service, communication from Black Market and mostly the condition of the phone. I opted for excellent condition a its fantastic, can't fault it, it also charged to 100%. Would highly recommend.
