This is my third time buy on back market, I first saw the advert on TikTok and said let me give it a try since this year begun I have but two smartphones and 1 MacBook and all are doing perfectly well as if it’s a brand new device it arrived at my doorstep the following day!!! Device arrived 2 days after purchased in a very structurally sound box and bubble covering. I ordered it in ‘fair’ condition as a few minor scratches didn’t matter too much to me, and it had one hairline scratch at the bottom of the screen and no where else on the laptop, and other than that there are no signs of ware or use at all. The battery health is on 86% which was expected with a refurbished product. Overall a great purchase which absolutely met my expectations. 5 ⭐️

I was skeptical at first about using Back Market. But I was very very pleasantly surprised and impressed at how easy and quick it was. Most of all though, I was blown away by the condition of the Macbook Pro I purchased, it was essentially like a brand new machine! Very minimal marks on it, zero signs of wear and clean as a whistle. absolutely amazing!! was very sceptical at first, was unsure if it was going to turn up, unsure of what condition it would be in as i only ordered 'good', and honestly you would not think it was secondhand! delivery was so quick, packaged brilliantly even came with a charger, will definitely be ordering from here again!!

I'm very happy with my purchase. The Macbook Air I bought was in fair condition but it was actually so much better than that. (A few scrapes on the sides which were not even noticeable). My only complaint was that on the inner body next to the trackpad they had a huge Apple logo laser printed on it. I like Apple for it's simplicity and clean look so to see this was a bit of a disappointment. But all in all a great buy.

Much better than expected. If this is in 'fair' condition that the others must be amazing. Even the battery health is very good. This is my first Macbook and I can see now what all the fuss is about: they are great.

Perfect service and a superb device - condition says fair, I’d love to see what excellent looks like as the MacBook was in immaculate condition and quickly updated from my old machine back up. Delighted
