This is my third time buy on back market, I first saw the advert on TikTok and said let me give it a try since this year begun I have but two smartphones and 1 MacBook and all are doing perfectly well as if it’s a brand new device it arrived at my doorstep the following day!!! When I ordered it around 12:00pm I really enjoy the app and there products and in no distance time I will come to buy another phone again I love back Mackey sooo much it’s a game changer in the tech industry. I'm very happy with my purchase. The Macbook Air I bought was in fair condition but it was actually so much better than that. (A few scrapes on the sides which were not even noticeable). My only complaint was that on the inner body next to the trackpad they had a huge Apple logo laser printed on it. I like Apple for it's simplicity and clean look so to see this was a bit of a disappointment. But all in all a great buy.

Very good product so far not problem Was as described and I am happy with the product I was expecting really bad scratches etc but wasn’t like that Very good and well presented. Thank you very much

It arrived very quickly, I ordered it in the fair way but it came as new with just a small scratch but nothing very visible. It works perfectly and I love it

Perfect service and a superb device - condition says fair, I’d love to see what excellent looks like as the MacBook was in immaculate condition and quickly updated from my old machine back up. Delighted

Much better than expected. If this is in 'fair' condition that the others must be amazing. Even the battery health is very good. This is my first Macbook and I can see now what all the fuss is about: they are great.

first time buying from back market and Denis was a lovely + communicative seller. he double checked my purchase to avoid disappointment, gave me advice, and sent a new charger with the laptop. have only used it for a couple hours but the laptop was in such great condition I could immediately get it set up for a call. can't recommend the shop enough.

Very fast delivery, as far as I can see the device seems to be in great shape. I know the 2018 models have their well documented issues but I had to have the touchbar! Thank you so much TA1 Mac Store, you’ve been great

Condition was 'fair'—there are 3-4 very minor dents in the metal casing mainly around one corner. Screen, keypad, top and bottom are all perfect. Quite frankly, I'd have described this as 'good'; the damage is barely perceptible and I was expecting much worse. Battery seems healthy, charges normally and loses about 10% per day on standby. Laptop came with genuine Apple charger. Fingerprint sensor works perfectly. The only defect I have discovered is that ApplePay will not work owing to some security-related component being changed in an Apple-unapproved manner. I don't particularly care about this but it should be noted. Laptop arrived after just 2 days on standard delivery. Very happy with it and very happy to recommend The TA1 Mac Store for their excellent service.

After much reading and investigation I decided to make a purchase via Back Market. I needed a powerful laptop to assist me with my photography and post production which I do enjoy. To even consider a specification that I would really like was out of the question for a brand new system. I have made a huge saving. I order quite late on a weekday and my new MacBook Pro was delivered before midday the next day. Amazing service. I even called the chap that had left his details on my new laptop to ask if I had any problems late the day that I took delivery…..just to say thanks. He even answered my call. I have made another purchase since this was delivered. I cannot fault Back Market. There ethic is sound and makes sense. Give it a go. You are covered with a 30 day return policy if you are not happy. You will save lots of money and help with recycling, which has to be a good thing. Go on…give it a go.
