Laptop arrived well packaged and as described by Back Market. Courier did leave it in the porch thankfully still there when we arrived home. Slightly annoying was the sticky patch where we assume a company logo or sticker must have been. Not the end of the world obviously! Computer appears to be functioning well, long may it last.

My son is absolutely thrilled with his purchase with some Christmas and Birthday money he received. He wanted a laptop that he could compose music on and programme on Scratch with like he does at school and this is ideal. I think his laptop is better than ours!

I bought this laptop with some confidence as I had already had a happy experience with Bsckmarket buying a phone. I arrived quickly after only a couple of days, adequately packaged. I was aftersomething with a bit of umph as I do the occasional daw, photo and video editing projects and had also been frustrated with how quickly my old laptop had slowed down. On the downside the touchpad is clearly well used, a bit grubby and I found it difficult to adapt to. But there were far more upsides... A nice quick start-up (that I had forgotten was possible) and all the high specs that were promised. There were bonuses too that I had not expected, as they were over and above what had been specified: Touch screen, back-lit keyboard and Windows 11 profesional pre-. The latter means I get to run some old program licences I am still fond of in compatibility mode. The battery life seems decent and after buying and testing some extra peripherals and adaptors (external DVD drive with old USB ports and an HDMI adaptor) and testing them, everything seems to be working well. Only time will tell if the lifespan will be what I hope, but a couple of weeks in, I am very happy with the purchase.

Easy to order a laptop that fully met the advertised product and my expectations. Delivery time was excellent and efficient. My only disappointment is that I am unable to access what I would consider to be an operating manual, but this is more an issue with Dell rather than Back Market

Great service from back market. Shame the delivery company they use has a lot to be desired. Computer is fabulous. More than I expected for the price. I have purchased several items now and have just ordered an HP screen pen. I will use back market again.

Very impressed with BackMarket. This is my second time of purchasing. The phone is in very good condition, arrived promptly and the price represents great value - I paid much less than I would have done on the high street.

At first I was a little concerned as I had seen some bad reviews on the seller. However I was mistaken. The surface pro came in practically brand new condition. No visible scratches at all. Runs perfectly fine. However, there was delivery issues with DHL E-commerce. They told me the seller gave them the product late.. which apparently cause it to be delayed by 4 days… I don’t believe DHL honestly. Other than delivery everything was perfect.

This item was purchased as a gift for an "adopted" son in Sierra Leone so I can't directly comment on the hardware itself, except for some basic checks when it arrived which were all normal, but with respect to the price, apparent quality, speed of delivery and Customer Service, I would have no hesitation in recommending Back Market as a supplier...!

I received the laptop very quickly after ordering, and was very excited to try it on. From day 1 of using it, the battery showed signs of weakness, not withstanding more than 2h of use without charge. Within 3 days, the laptop started giving me a error message when turned on, saying that the battery had a problem and needed to be replaced. On day 2 of usage, my Graphics driver failed after a Windows update and the laptop displayed a really low resolution. It took me two hours to fix, desinstalling and reinstalling the latest iteration of the driver until it worked. The next day, it crashed again, twice. On day 4, it crashed for the 4th time, this time straight from the moment of the laptop being on, and I haven't been able to fix it again. I followed all instructions given by Backmarket customer service to fix it, and they failed. I've had a total of 1 week of use of this laptop, and I can't use it without it being plugged, and the resolution gives me Windows X vibes. You would think the battery and Graphics driver would be two very basic things to be checked and made functioning. I am highly disappointed, as otherwise the laptop works well and I was excited by this purchase - ...
