Not a good buying experience this time. I have spent thousands of pounds with Back Market over the past couple of months with no issues. Alarm bells started ringing for me when I saw one of the PC's panel screws had not been tightened up correctly. Was it thrown together in a hurry? The machine started up once, then went into a cycle of restart and safe mode. I'm no expert, but that is not on with a PC of this spec. I rather think this issue is entirely down to seller complacency. Back market have been great, this seller needs a bit of scrutiny I would suggest! I am returning for a refund, I have no trust in this seller to rectify the defect.

Only two days of use. But for now everything is fine. PC with minimal, barely visible marks, working perfectly. Fast, fluid and just right for what I need. A good choice and I think it was worth it. I recommend it.

I use it for very basic tasks (Mail, youtube, word etc.) and everything is fluid and responsive even after installing Windows 11. For the price it does exactly what I expected.

For the moment, it's fine - the only comment I'd make is about the low noise level.
