The tablet arrived promptly and is in far better condition than I could have imagined. Have had it a week, transferring everything from my last one was seamless and, touch wood, everything seems to be working perfectly. Amazing price and looks great too given its age and fair condition. May never buy a new laptop ever again!

would highly recommend back market. Have used them for most iPhones that we have bought. The recent one was ordered for incorrectly which was my fault. I needed the 128gb but ordered the 64gb. I returned the item and the money had been refunded quickly. super impressed. All phones we have purchased have never had issues. 10/10.

Was a bit sceptical at first due to price being so low However when the phone was delivered with no marks on it and in full working order was pleasently supprised Delivery and comunications were great too Would recomend and will definatly be using again

What a 5** service by back market and the seller. It was a Christmas present. i was not sure if its going to turn up before Christmas as i have ordered it very very late. but they did a good job and it was delivered today. Definitely going to recommend Back Market to others.

Bought the iPhone 13 mini in excellent condition and while it did come physically in excellent condition I have some problems. My microphone is really muffled so when I record videos or make phone calls it sounds like I’m really far away. I have tried cleaning it but it doesn’t make a lot of difference. I also cannot turn the camera shutter sound off. I put my phone onto silent and it still makes the clicking noise when I take a photo. I’m disappointed as I bought my previous phone form back market in fair condition and it worked better than my new phone which is in excellent condition.

Anther excellent purchase from Back Market! The iPad looked completely new with hardly any noticeable wear and tear. Works perfectly. Delivery was great. My wife's old iPad would not update to latest zoom update... so bought refurbished later version.. Everything so far has been perfect... battery life is as always an unknown but I've had a pixel 4a phone from Back Market before and that has been very good so no hesitation in sourcing another product..
