2nd phone I bought from back market. The truth is that I am very satisfied. The phone came brand new. With original box, case and charger. The phone is great. The battery according to an application estimates that this to 86% of the original capacity. But well, you can't ask for everything perfect for the price they give you. The truth very happy!

It's the second phone in two months, the other one was replaced because it got too hot and the battery didn't last long. I've had this one for a couple of days, I'm seeing how it goes, it gets hot and I'm still watching it to see how it evolves.

Pleasantly surprised by the condition, it's frankly more than OK for its condition. Not a single scratch on the screen or the back of the phone, battery in good shape and no damage to the cameras. The charging port was a bit dinged up, but that seems reasonable for a phone in decent condition. Would definitely recommend!

Very satisfied with my purchase. Fast delivery and receipt! The phone is in perfect condition. The only problem is the battery, which doesn't seem to last very long. But the value for money is excellent for a refurbished phone!

The device looked like new and works well. I don't think it was the cheapest you can get on the other hand it was exactly what I ordered. I say that because with another provider I was sent an 11t instead of a 12. No difference externally but the 12 can be upgraded to android 15 and the 11 sticks to android 14, so I am happy with my purchase.

To the eye it looks almost flawless, but when you use it, the back heats up. That's when doing common tasks, imagine if you play a game that requires a lot of power. I hope it doesn't get damaged so quickly.

Still having problems with UPS. Even if we're there, the driver never comes and always puts the parcels in the same relay point far from my home. The next time I order from Amazon it's the same price and I have no delivery problems with them. A real shame

After noticing a fault with my device, which was still under warranty, I followed the instructions to send my phone back for repair. The Back Market after-sales team managed the situation perfectly and after a few days, it turned out that my phone could not be repaired, so I received a full refund for my purchase. The phone arrived in impeccable condition, the only negative note being the packaging, which was very damaged and had a hole in it. Despite everything nothing was missing and nothing was damaged.
