Item arrived in excelled time in excellent condition, and I love it. Dead easy and quick to set up, just spot on. This isn't the first time I've ordered from Back Market, and it probably won't be the last.

I haven't bought anything from BackMarket before but this was a really good experience. The projector works perfectly and is in excellent condition. The order was quick and it arrived super fast and well packaged. The only reason I have taken a star off is because according to the instruction book the projector has a lens cap which mine did not come with. Now I would have bought it anyway if I had known that but that should have been mentioned in the advert I feel that it was missing from the expected box contents. I would still not hesitate to purchase from BackMarket again.

I’m really pleased with the picture and features of this Fire TV—it’s a solid performer overall. However, I did encounter a frustrating issue: the built-in Wi-Fi was inconsistent, which is a significant drawback for a streaming-focused device like this. Initially, I considered returning it. But then I tried connecting an old Fire Stick I had lying around, and surprisingly, it improved the streaming experience. It seems that using the Fire Stick helped bypass the TV’s internal Wi-Fi limitations, providing a more stable connection. So, while the built-in Wi-Fi was a letdown, this workaround made the TV usable for me. If you’re facing similar issues, consider using an external streaming device or exploring other solutions to enhance your Wi-Fi connectivity.

TV arrived quickly. Was bought for my son’s bedroom. He was all excited and set the TV up, only to find it wouldn’t pair with the remote. 3 changes of batteries later in case they were duff, still wouldn’t pair. Got a replacement remote sent out, that wouldn’t pair either. Could therefore connect to our WiFi either. Asked for a refund, TV was collected the next day. Just waiting for the refund to come through

Worth every penny. Initially had challenges setting up, but as soon as that was sorted and necessary updates completed, it’s been working like a dream. Really pleased with this.
