My old Fitbit Blaze gave up so bought this Versa 3 refurbished and it’s perfect for me, I only need the basic functions from a smartwatch and this fits the bill perfectly, arrived on time and condition is excellent, well done Back Market

The watch came well packaged and on time. It was supplied with aftermarket straps and charger, but that wasn't an issue as they both work fine. This was an 'excellent' condition purchase and it's a fair evaluation as the screen and bezel are in mint condition. A couple of signs of wear on the underside but that's never going to be seen anyway. It probably doesn't get the full usage time that Samsung state so whether that's down to their over optimism or the fact that the battery isn't quite 100% I'm not sure, but it lasts a good day and a half with the always on screen turned off. So just a couple of little things that remind that it's a refurbished product, but given the price I'd say it's great value for money, and I'd happily use Back Market again in the future 👍

The watch is practically brand new. Either I was lucky, or the refurbishment in this case was amazing. Package had clearly been opened (from new), and some of the plastic packaging holding stuff together was ripped, but the watch itself is in perfect condition. 100% recommended, and looking forward to my 3rd purchase 👍

Fantastic experience, I'm not sure if I got a new device or refurbished, the box was sealed and everything inside too. I'm beyond happy with a great deal I have got. And the watch Galaxy 5 pro is really cool.

Bought this as a gift for my partner for Christmas. He has wanted one for ages but smart watches are so expensive. I have the exact same watch so I knew they were good and just what he wanted. I have never bought refurbished tech before but I will never go back to buying new now!! Bought the watch in excellent condition and I could not believe the price. Absolutely perfect!! Not a scratch or mark on it, works perfectly and he loves it, he was so happy with the gift. Fantastic service and super fast delivery. I will definitely reccomend back market to friends and family and will be coming back when we need a phone or other gadget. Not one complaint and love that it comes with a warranty

I ordered 2 Charge 5's. One functions well but the other doesn't record steps or any other information and won't sync with my phone. I have now left the UK and am home in Cyprus so cannot return the faulty one for a refund.

Ordered Samsung 4 Classic watch and it arrived free post 2 days later,it is just what i wanted for doing blood pressure tests,it also works fine with my Samsung S10.the watch is in excellent condition,i also bought my S10 from Back Market,i will definitely use BM again.

I ordered this watch as I liked the look of it and I am a Samsung user. Really impressed with it and its really easy to navigate and use. It arrived on time and is in great as new condition. The charger they sent was not the right type but I had a spare. Overall I am impressed, I will certainly be buying used tech in the future.

I'm very pleased with my Samsung smart watch 5pro. It arrived very quickly, and like brand new. It didn't come with wireless charger, but I expected that from reading reviews on BackMarket. Well packaged and so easy to set up.

I got it in excellent condition, and it certainly lives up to that! Not a scratch on it and works very well, just like new. Just note that the one I got, and I think most of the watches, are not UK models, so Samsung Pay doesn't work. But still very happy with it!
