It is great to have a reconditioned PS4 pro. Having hovered choosing an Xbox or PS since Xbox one this felt like a good way to do a low-key investment in a different platform and enjoy the range of games.

Brought in good condition it was in excellent condition no mark or scratches or dust on it controller work fine only bad thing the fan on ps4 slim sound like jet engine but work perfectly

It crashed the day I got it and the day after but ever since I changed HDMI ports its been operating smoothly. It's far better than my xbox 1 it doesn't lag when I play war zone on a wireless connection. It's perfect

When my order arrived, and I set up my PlayStation 4, I noticed that the controller that came with the console only worked when being constantly charged. I then made the customer service team aware of this and within a couple days, they sent me another controller that works perfectly. Overall I’m happy with my purchase and impressed with how useful and helpful the Backmarket team have been!

I'm very happy. It's a brand new PS4 Pro. The box was slightly damaged but who cares 🤗 Delivery was super quick. I was expecting it in two days but it was a next day delivery without the extra cost 👍🏾

To be honest I was slightly dubious about using this company but after I had a couple of good reviews of friends, I tried them. I'm glad I did because I was certainly NOT disappointed. My PS4 arrived pretty quickly. The packaging was perfect as where the items, I even had a brand new USB cable inside. I have been playing on it quite a bit on my days off & so faith has been totally trouble free. I would 100% recommend Back Market to anyone!

I was pretty disappointed that the console arrived pretty dirty. Unfortunately I didn’t open the package before gifting it. It cleaned up pretty easily but It was a little embarrassing, I’d expected at the very least a refurbished item would be cleaned?
