The device is all good, though however, the HDMI lead was far too small, and i couldn’t use it on my tv, which was disappointing, but also the ps3 itself keeps on freezing and overheating, and says that the console has a corrupt file on it, and so much is going on, and i am not happy about this. 👎

The console arrived in barely decent condition, scratched all over, dirty even inside, on the side, I even found a glass inside. The capacity isn't right, I took a 500GB, but not only is there only 12GB, because the hard drive isn't there, but above all, there isn't even a metal mount to add one. A €9 refund for the inconvenience makes up for the purchase of the mount, since I looked hard enough, but if you take the first ones that come along, it doesn't even make up for it. On a positive note, the console works... Big disappointment for a first purchase and probably the last on Backmarket.

I will never buy from BackMarket again. It arrived from France, I don't know if it was the customs, the warehouse or the delivery man. The box was very leaky, dented, the seals were hanging, you could see the content badly wrapped, that is to say totally exposed without protection, because it was scarce and it sounded like a maraca, something was loose inside the console. SUPPOSEDLY it is a reconditioned product in good condition. Bugs came out from inside the console, when I opened it I had sand, dust, lint, I don't think I can send a console full of bugs back to France. I don't trust a service that sells it as reconditioned, when the cover of the reader has loose mechanisms in the console and they haven't even bothered to clean it. I also don't trust an after-sales service that is so difficult to contact. How can I trust them to give me my money back if they sold me a supposedly reconditioned product full of bugs, which by the way were flying bugs.
