As described the condition was fair, phone was dirty and needed lots of cleaning. Scratched but battery fine…for now. I’ve bought from back market for years now it’s Ts been the first time that I felt 🤏this let down but all is well.

I am very impressed with the condition of the handset, I bought what was considered "fair" condition and the handset is close to imaculate front and back with only a slight indent on the side above the volume buttons. The phone also arrived a day or two early which was nice. Overall, very happy with my decision to trust BackMarket with my purchase.

BAckMarket condition is perfect and my mother is so pleased. She was delighted with this device and its pop-out selfie camera! so cool that she has been showing off to all her friends! top son points for me too! Thrilled with the service and product. Will be using you again

How do I switch off the oneplus 7 Pro? I have switched it on but can't switch off. Any help ?

The quality of the service was great, the only thing is that the phone came with severe screen burn in but apart from that it's been perfect.

Received the phone yesterday morning and unfortunately it has a fault just allowed me to go through the set up process then when the home scream first loaded up and came on it was flickering and skittish doing its own thing. All the icons disappear and then re appear it clearly has a fault. This is not acceptable for a 290 pound phone. Also I ordered a grey one and a blue one turned up.

I wanted a fast phone, and was going over to Android for the first time from Windows, so was apprehensive ... I didn't need to be! A really excellent phone, working perfectly, and in superb condition. BackMarket are delightful to deal with - businesslike and upbeat, they emailed at every stage of the transaction/delivery. I was a little concerned about buying a reconditioned phone ; but would wholeheartedly recommend doing so from this company - I found them extremely reliable ; and paid just over half of what a new phone would have cost. Bravo BackMarket!
