Absolutely amazing purchase Not one scratch on the Macbook pro and I had selected just a good model but overall excellent performance and arrived within a day. Packaging neat overall was as good as a brand new laptop possibly the best refurbished product I have purchased to date and a massive upgrade from Macbook air. I would highly recommend back market as I consider myself to becoming a long term customer.

Next day delivery, I was so surprised, it could easily have passed for a brand new laptop. Also 100% battery capacity. I am pleased with my purchase. No issues so far. Really pleased with this purchase.

The Laptop arrived very quick earlier than the date given, it looks brand new like it’s hasn’t been used, battery health, the works. The charger base was the only thing that looked use but works, I will definitely be buying again from Back Market

Leaving a review on any site for the first time ever. You guys are amazing…the laptop is so clean and almost spanking new. Battery life is 100%. What baffled me the most, delivery was slated for next week Tuesday, I got the laptop yesterday(2days after I ordered as opposed to 6days). 5 start review definitely. I highly recommend Back Market.

I ordered the MacBook Pro 16” M1 Pro 1TB 16GB RAM in Excellent Condition, And BackMarket did NOT disappoint!! The MacBook Arrived in it’s original Apple Box, the MacBook AND the chargers all still with the original Apple packaging! The MacBook itself had absolutely no signs of previous use, it’s like someone bought it from apple and left it in the box with the exception of the instructions being removed from the box and a hole being cut in the box for an extra charger! Which isn’t an issue for me at all!! I wasn’t sure if it WAS actually used in the past so I had a look through the settings to see how many battery Charge Cycles it had previously and it only had 2!!! And one of them was me because it was on charge as i was looking! So I am absolutely delighted, Basically brand-new and all for the price of a refurbished MacBook!! Couldn’t be happier with my purchase! Well recommended!

I was switching from windows to Mac so decided to buy refurbished since the Apple prices are extortionate. I am not worried about the look so went for the fair condition. It's been a few weeks, so far the MacBook pro is performing really well. there are obvious signs of use on it but nothing major. The specs I went for had 256GB hard drive but the MacBook actually has double the storage. Overall a good experience.

BackMarket review I was extremely sceptical about the quality of the device I'd be receiving. In all honesty, I can say that I now have 100% faith in shopping with Back Market for all my needs. I bought 2 devices back to back because the macbook air I initially purchased is honesty operating seamlessly. I cannot fault the Macbook Air device I received. It was clean and in fantastic condition for a refurb and operates seamlessly. If you want peace of mind for your money, it's well spent with BackMarket. I am currently looking for another device for my girlfriend. Due to this, I ran back straight to them for the 2nd device (this Macbook Pro) and made a mistake ordering the wrong one! Their support is also fantastic, prompt and rapid. I had responses within the hour and was refunded for both the device and warranty returned without fuss. Phenomenal service. 5 stars!

Having had issues with a different seller, I was hopeful that this MacBook Pro would be as described and working. It was - perfectly, at time of writing. Delivery was 2 days before originally quoted, battery was new internally and the whole thing has only a couple of almost invisible scuff marks. So far, pretty much faultless.

Brilliant service and very quick, first time ordering refurbished and was a bit sceptical. But the price of a new one is the same as a small car these days so I gave it a try and I'm very impressed.
