Although I like new technology and gadgets I have never wanted to buy any technology product ‘brand new’ preferring to wait a while until all the ‘bugs’ had been ironed out. This is why my previous phone was a refurbished iPhone XR, which I was very happy with and had served my purposes for a few years. However as with any piece of technology it shows its age after a while which my iPhone XR was now showing. Time to change. New phones are ridiculously expensive in my opinion so I scoured the market for a decent refurbished second hand phone. Came to Back Market and saw that the prices for a refurbished iPhone 14, a good jump up from my XR, was within my budget. I was not disappointed. A great phone, in excellent condition with 92% battery, and a good price! Now protected with a decent case & screen protector. What’s not to like? I would definitely buy again from Back Market. My iPad 9th gen is getting a bit tired ……..

I recently purchased a MacBook Air M2 from Back Market, and I have no words to express how amazing it is! This is my first time buying a refurbished product, and honestly, I was a bit scared about its condition. But when it arrived and I checked it, it looked brand new! The battery health is 100%, and the charging cycle was only three times, which is incredible. There’s not a single scratch, not even on the screen or keyboard. If Back Market had shipped it in the original MacBook box, no one would believe it’s refurbished! I’m really happy and satisfied with my purchase. Instead of spending a lot of money on a brand-new MacBook, buying refurbished is a much better option. I truly appreciate the quality and service. Highly recommended!

So I got this for my friend, three weeks after I got mine. Exact same model and condition, it looks as new as mine did. No complaints at all. This is my 4th purchase from back market in 3 months and all my devices are literally soooo good. I’d always choose refurbished over new tech tbh

We purchased a Fair condition phone for our daughter for Christmas. It is in fantastic condition. She is extremely happy with it. Absolutely no complaints about anything so far. The battery power is good and everything works perfectly. I'm considering a reconditioned phone when mine needs replacing. I was always a bit dubious about secondhand phones, but this has changed my mind.

I received the watch with no signs of being used at all. It seems to be a brand new watch with new charger and strap. The battery is at 100% so there is nothing else I could ask for. I would recommend buying from this refurbisher!

I was switching from windows to Mac so decided to buy refurbished since the Apple prices are extortionate. I am not worried about the look so went for the fair condition. It's been a few weeks, so far the MacBook pro is performing really well. there are obvious signs of use on it but nothing major. The specs I went for had 256GB hard drive but the MacBook actually has double the storage. Overall a good experience.

Really good trustworthy website. True to description of the device. I received my Apple IPhone 13 Pro 128GB in Gold. The condition of it perfect. New condition, not a single scratch on the phone. I'm always nervous about buying new tech. It's a big investment and the choices can be daunting to a non-geek. But my much more knowledgeable sons recommended Back Market and they were right. I'm typing this on a very elegantly refurbished MacBook Air 13 inch (2022) Midnight that looks like new. With son's help I've moved data from the old MacBook Air (2013). There's some tidying up to do as a few files are in the wrong place (and Apple have made Photos unnecessarily complicated). But the laptop is a pleasure to use and I'm enjoying the luxury of a battery that keeps charge The computer arrived quickly, well protected in an Apple box which was cleverly contained inside a scruffy old sports shoebox (so no-one ran off with it).
