I was replacing an old iPad Air 2 that i had had from longer than i can remember. Having purchased refurbished phones from my children rom Backmarket, decided to give and iPad a go. Device was described as "very good" but honestly, I can't see a single mark on the device. The set up was very easy out of the box and a big saving vs buying new from Apple. All delivered in under 24hours from placing the order!

I’ve really loved my new iPad and at a fraction of the price of a new one from Apple I thought it was a no brainier however there was an off brand cable in the box with no charging head that charges it very slowly which was annoying and the iPad did have a few minor scratches on the back but they weren’t visible from far away

After several friends had highly recommended this website it already filled me with confidence in buying from Backmarket. The iPad was sold as “good condition” and arrived with a few scratches on the screen but nothing major which to be expected in the description. The case itself was in excellent condition and so far all works perfectly. It arrived in a standard cardboard box with a generic not apple charger or packaging but all works fine. Delivery was prompt and tracking was great! I would highly recommend buying from Backmarket!

The iPad Air was exactly what I needed, easy to order, a good price, and communication was regular. The iPad looks brand new, it's very lightweight, really fast, and the battery lasts a long time. I'm very happy with it.

I am delighted to tell you that I am very happy with my Ipad Air 5th generation! I bought it from Backmarket having been very happy with the Iphone I had bought in November 2023 for my husband as a Christmas present. I am going to need either a desktop/laptop- not entirely decided yet- but I will be coming back to Backmarket for that. Keep up the good work!

The iPad is in perfect condition. I would give it 5 stars if the charger that came with it didn't die the next day. I also thought that if the quality was excellent, it would come in the original box. But there is no problem with the iPad yet.

I have never bought anything of this value, over the Internet and I did a lot of research before buying it. It is just what I wanted at a very good price and I love it. My son set it up for me and I am gradually working out new things I can achieve on my ipad air. I have nothing but praise for Backmarket. Thank you.

I ordered this Ipad in the excellent condition onSaturday and Tuesday it was already here. It did not come with the original charger but that was to be expected. The condition was indeed excellent I checked the screen, the back, the sides and everything was truly immaculate except a little bump on the bottom but as I am using a case it is as if it doesn’t exist. Battery life is amazing this morning I left the house with it charged to about 24% at 9 and I returned home at 1 and it was still hanging on to that last 1% so definitely no complaints. Overall I would totally recommend this product and black market in general this was an amazing experience for me.

I’m genuinely delighted. I went for ‘good’ condition rather than excellent because the iPad was for me to take on site at work, so I wasn’t too worried about minor scratches etc. The quality and appearance was perfect. I couldn’t see any marks or defects that I was expecting at all….to the point that I felt I needed to buy a screen protector and case to make sure I don’t add any! I was impressed with the packaging and the accessories that were included even down to the key for the SIM card slot (I wasn’t expecting that) which was taped to the inside of the box. I feel like the attention to detail just adds to this overall positive experience. I was dubious at first about buying secondhand, especially Apple products, but I can honestly say it’s like it’s as good as new. I have recommended Backmarket to family and friends.
