I've used back market now a few times. And every time I have they have never disappointed. My kids love the ipad. Looks brand new even though is refurbished. Will definitely be using them again

honestly this was just absolutely perfect, I got exactly what I ordered, the order was here super fast, the iPad is working perfectly, it was charged, it arrived with a charger, packed safely, the condition is excellent as was promised and I looove that it is a refurbished iPad and not new, honestly just 10/10, exactly what was promised and what I ordered and what I wanted and the iPad is functioning and working perfectly

The iPad was in pristine condition and came complete with a new charger. The price was brilliant and delivery was quick . Very happy with both the product and the service, in fact, what’s not to love?

So pleased with my purchase, I was really afraid that it wasn’t going to be in great quality but it really was. Packaged great and works so well! My son who is on the spectrum is sooo happy to finally have his own pad to do his alphabet and watch his favourite songs. Only think I am not pleased with is that I thought it would come with a charger wire but it didn’t. Other than that, super pleased and would most definitely purchase from here again. Have already recommended to loads of friends and family.

I have to admit I was a bit worried about buying a refurbished iPad not directly from Apple but I’ve been absolutely delighted with everything. The iPad is great, works perfectly and it’s hard to tell that it’s not new. Delivery and communication were all spot on too so I’d definitely buy from here again. I also love the greener impact of buying refurbished instead of new. Thank you

it was an amazing experience shopping at Back Market and truly wasnt expecting this good product and the best price they’ve given me. I was basically delusional because of its prize because it was a lot cheaper than the other side so that made me little delusional but seeing their warranty and everything and they trust pilot, I just went on with it and I’m amazed with their service and product and always buy again from you guys. thank you

So I’m a new customer to back market and I was really impressed. So ordering on the website was really good but I also ordered through the app in the end. I was really happy with the price as well. I purchased it for my ASD son so that if he brakes it then it’s not braking the bank as the iPad is so cheap but also I got the insurance as well. The delivery took a couple of days and then the biggest shock was that it also included a cable and a plug charger so I was really impressed and over joined by this lovely surprise. So thank you.
